I’ve live in Colorado for 2 yrs now and only have tried 5 different places for Menudo and Chago’s is By Far THE BEST! First time today trying the Tamales, POP! Fla ir in every bite. Casa is perfectly seasoned and the filling is tender and a punch of good flavor. The price of the Tamales are reasonable. Worth the price. Going back for more!!

We definitely recommend trying this little family owned restaurant! It’s slightly hidden in the Wal-Mart shopping center but you will not be disappointed. We don’t live nearby but we were down there for a game at Smoky Hill HS and decided to stop in. The food was delicious, authentic, and priced fairly! The portions were big and the salsas were fire! We will definitely be back whenever we are down south.

Like homemade Mexican??? Do yourselves a favor and come to this little hidden gem. Family owned and from the Mexican states of Michoacan and Zacatecas, this place is amazing. I’ve tried Queso Birria tacos before, but I had to try something new. Queso Tacos with the meat of your choice. I was blown away. A must. I also had the Tamales Rojos, and they were amazing with flavorful filling and tasty and moist masa. This place is amazing and a must. Extensive menu and well priced. I guarantee you will love this place.

I recently visited this place for the first time and I am blown away! The food was incredibly delicious and authentic, it’s some of the best I’ve had. The staff was incredibly sweet and fast, making the experience even better. I highly recommend if you want to help out a local business. Gracias Chagos Mexican food P.s. the sopes have an amazing tasting melted white cheese on the base of them unlike other places. Don’t forget about adding an horchata to your order either! You won’t regret it

I was craving a delicious Breakfast burrito, so I thought I’d give this place a try. The breakfast burritos here are just okay…. if your craving santiagos this place just won’t cut it. As I took my first bite of my burito, it was dry lacking green Chilli, not hot but just warm. The main reason I tried this place was because it was closer to home. Save your $ and go to santiagos if you want a breakfast burrito.

This is an amazing little spot for quality Mexican food. I try to eat here whenever I can. Al pastor tacos are my personal fave but the whole menu is great. Excellent food served by genuine and hard working people. They deserve the love.
