It only took 22 minutes from the time I ordered it to get to my house. That fact that even though it was 22 minutes, it was by far the best tasting food, outstanding service, and precise order I have ever experienced.

I just spent over 50 dollars in food. And the only thing that was fresh and worth eating was the pizza that they made incorrectly. Calling to get a a replacement was like pulling teeth. I ordered a cheeseless pizza due to being allergic. They gave me a pizza with extra cheese. When I get the replacement pizza it’s the most rushed and sloppy pizza ever. And it still had patches of cheese on it. (Likely intentional) and barely any sauce. I’m pissed I wasted my hard earned money on such mediocre food. I also don’t like the attitude and unconcerned tone from the person/people I talked to on the phone. When someone is calling in about a mistake YOU made, you should be more sympathetic. It’s going to be a very long time before I order papa johns again. The drivers were kind and quick.

Call that NY Style Pizza . I don’t think so, actually I know it’s not. I’m from Brooklyn, NY and know that more greased the better tasting Pizza you get. The add is very misleading for us actual New Yorkers it made me think of NY and wished for a taste of New York and was very disappointed with the let down. Ordered a pepperoni pizza from the Suffolk Papa Johns on Main Street, and it is literally only 50% covered with cheese. My children were excited about pizza as usual, but they said it tastes gross and refused to eat it. Papa Johns refused to respond to my feedback form, their customer service team promised me are response within 48 hours, and now they’re running me in circles with no resolution. The customer service team told me the store responded and said “a credit was applied” , so I asked “where can I see this credit?” and they told me to contact the store again. This pizza is 3 times as expensive as other pizza places in the area, and this makes me question if it’s really worth it.
