A friend gave me some of their “white pizza”. Papa Johns had put some creamy concoction on it, which was terrible. I was definitely expecting sauce made with oil, herbs, maybe parmesan or similar. Please name that something else, besides white pizza. The red sauce pizzas were ok, but nothing I’d want to eat again.

Excellent customer service!! I ordered 4 pizzas and wings for a family night with specific requests for half and half pizzas. When i arrived the order was perfect but what stood out the most was your staff member Tia!! She greeted me upon entry , confirmed my special order and was so kind with providing me with plates and seasoning packets. Tia was very professional, mannerable and kind with smiles. She deserves praise and a promotion! That’s the type of service that wants customers to return and support. I just had to leave a review. Thank you so much Tia!!

This will be the last time that I order pizza from this Papa John’s. They clearly gave me the wrong pizza.
I ordered a thin crust chicken Alfredo pizza. There was no Alfredo sauce on it or tomatoes, just crust cheese, toppings and a whole load of onions and mushrooms. After looking at the box I noticed that they completely messed my order up and gave me two of the wrong pizzas.

Pizza arrived cold even though they are only 2.3 miles away (took it well beyond a reasonable time to arrive) and then they forgot part of our order.
I hate it when you give a tip before you experience the service and then are so very disappointed. I haven’t ordered from here before and won’t be ordering again!

Ordered a medium pepperoni and green pepper pizza !! The pizza was good my concern was the size of the pizza. It was ~13 inches in diameter but the diameter of the actual area that was covered with ingredients was only 8.5 inches. Only a little more that 50% of the pizza was ingredients and the other 50% was crust. Great pizza but not enough of it!! Using the area of a circle to calculate the % actually covered with ingredients.
