Received my order, call to discuss the papadias I had ordered. The lady that answered the phone immediately cut me off. Wanted to say that you only get a half a cup on them, that you have to fold them.. I try to explain yes they are cut in half, one 1/2 was OK. The other half had no meat at all she continuously over talk to me. Would I ever order from Waynesboro Papa John’s again absolutely not!! Just know the rest of my food was good!! Linda

Spent 49.00 on 3 pizzas. Got home and they all looked like trash. Looked like someone shook them around in the box. Cheese sliding off and the top to the middle of each slice was ONLY SAUCE. The bottom was the “cheese”. Never ordering here again.

Asked for a well done pizza and got everything I ordered undercooked, cold undercooked breadsticks, and 2 pizzas that I had to put back in my oven. If I wanted to cook I would have made something. Instead I spend $60.00 and have to cook anyway. This happens all the time but thi time was the worst. DO BETTER OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS.

Yeah this used to be my go to place for pizza etc for the kids, but today was HORRIBLE. Ordered off the app, asked for light cheese and extra sauce since our family is lactose intolerant.. got home and the pizza had barely any sauce and like triple cheese. Called to get a replacement, the manager KAITLYN was rude on the phone and in person to my elderly mother. We had been there TWICE in one day due to them messing up and it’s a 35 minute round trip for us to get there and back. And when she got back for the second time with the replacement pizza, it looks like it has been shaken up and spit on and there’s still barely any sauce.

On Sunday 4/21/2024 made a on line order waited till time to pickup my order told it would be 10 move minutes or so. I waited 10 move minutes. Anyway never got pizza young man making the pizza got mouthy said he couldn’t do any better and if I could to do so never go to this papa John’s go to Harrisonburg pizza comes out fast people are friendly

I recently choose Papa John’s in Waynesboro, VA to have dinner. The team work I witnessed while placing my order and picking up my order was on point, everyone working and working together in a good atmosphere. The pizza was very good, I’ll attempt, I had been eating my pizzas across the street due the $ and offers. I am glad I choose to give Papa John’s a shot. The ingredients makes a world of difference, very well made, best pizza I’ve had in a while. The customer service was top notch and the pizza was the same, please take my advice and give them a shot for your next meal, I promise you will enjoy and be back for more.
