I am convinced that it’s impossible to order something here that is not good. I’ve tried most things on the menu and everything is so delicious and the people who work here are so kind and friendly. It’s a staple! The shrimp burrito is probably my top favorite, asada fries are bomb, torta is great, birria tacos are delicious, chile relleno plate is good, Cali burrito is also great sauce is HOT so get it on the side if you need but it’s tasty. Their guac is also super fresh!

Awesome food truck! It’s usually parked over at 3 Corners Market on Myrtle Ave so it’s easy to grab refreshments while you wait. All the flavors are on point! I tried the chili relleno this time and it was the best I’ve had since moving to Humboldt 5 yrs ago. We got some churros for dessert too and they were amazing. We love this food truck, and we super love it’s so close to our home. Not close to your house? No prob, head up to Freshwater reserve or Freshwater Park (no dogs tho) to enjoy your food with a great view.

I’m glad I found this hidden gem of a taco truck! I got the Tinga tacos the first time, they were well spiced, authentic and delicious. The guys there are super friendly too, I will need to make a trip back to try more of the menu.

Stopped on our way by for some quick lunch. The person working the window was super friendly. We waited less than 10 minutes at prime lunch time for our burritos which was awesome since there was a big work crew that ordered right before us. They were putting out food quick! We got a California burrito & a Fajita burrito. They were super delicious with great flavor & the perfect ratios of fresh ingredients!

I’ve been here twice now. I had the California Burrito and the Fajita Burrito so far. Both of them are top class burritos. The rice in the Fajita Burrito tastes like real Mexican rice unlike Chipotle. The employees are super kind! When I got my food today they said “Thank you for your patience” because my burrito took a little while. It was definitely worth the wait! They have a really big menu too.

10/10, best Fajita burritos either of us have had around Eureka & we eat at a lot of the places around town.
A bit more spendy and the burritos are a tiny bit smaller (handheld size, 1.5 meals instead of 2 meals) than some other places but the flavor explosion & freshness of the ingredients are the best around!

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in the area! I’ve gone twice now and both times the service has been excellent, and the food was delicious. I have tried the quesdallia with carnitas, and the california burrito which was large, fresh with a good portion of meat, homemade guacamole, french fries, sour cream and caramelized onions. Yum! Prices felt very reasonable and I’m looking forward to coming back
