I placed an order on Sunday night and my total was $15.67. My husband called me and told me that the manager is telling him my credit card Declined so I immediately logged on and looked at my bank statement and it showed a bunch of random charges from Papa John’s that were not the total of my order and when I asked him to explain this, he said that he doesn’t know why I need to take it up with Papa John’s customer service. Mind you even with the multiple charges for random amounts there was still plenty of money in there to cover the charge for $15.67 therefore, I have nothing else other than to believe that somebody there is scamming on the credit cards trying to see how much they can take off of etc. the manager was extremely rude And had no way to resolve this issue, even after sending him screenshots of my actual bank account, showing him the time stamps and the random multiple charges coming from his location. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be filing a police report if Papa John’s doesn’t do something about this

A bunch of young kids on Super Bowl evening around 8:30 working. I don’t know where the manager was but nobody was organized and I understand it’s busy that day but they’re in there talking and playing. I was waiting 10 minutes to take my order two people just standing in there looking at me then when I finally went to To pay for my order at the waiting 10 minutes to get my order taking they don’t even have change for $100 bill. Somebody needs to get in there and manage the business now I see why I had 3.3 stars.. I usually go in the evening and there is an African-American guy that worked there he usually in flip-flops. His attitude is not the best, but at least he gets it done and he’d be in there by himself. I can deal with his attitude, but get that guy raised fire all the young kids work in Super Bowl evening I had to go to another establishment this night. whole place smells of marijuana

I decided to try Papa John’s after several years, even though I have a local place that is much less expensive. I mean $13 less expensive for a single pie. Even though I gave them over an hour to deliver it, it took them an extra half an hour to get it here. That wasn’t the problem though. The taste was nowhere near what it used to be. It was overcooked and I was underwhelmed. I’ll be going back to the local store where I could’ve gotten 2 pizzas for the same price. And they’d taste good.

I have been ordering from this store for 2 years now, and they’ve always been wonderful! The drivers are always super kind and my order is always just right.
Placing a review today because they, for the first time in 2 years, made a mistake! Which is perfectly fine, we’re all human. When I called to rectify the situation, they were so quick to make it up to me and I’m so grateful for that.
I will continue to order from this store for years to come!
P.S. please bring back the cheese burger pizza

Food is always delicious, fresh, and accurate. No complaints. Been in Woodbridge 7 years and this is the only place where I can order delivery and it meets and exceeds expectations. My go to now!! I ate a few slices before I took the pic oops.

In the past several years I have never had a single bad experience at this location. I have always received my pizzas in great condition both through carryout and delivery. Furthermore, the employees and delivery drivers are all well-mannered.

Absolutely terrible I got delivery and the food was not fully cooked and the total was $34 I gave two $20 bills and 15 dollar bill to the driver. I expected my change but the driver just took my other 20 and never gave it back. Highly recommend to never eat here at this point, Little Caesars wins even Domino’s is better than this crappy place

Have spent thousands over the years at Papa Johns as I buy lunch for our team every Saturday, not always Pizza… but we order from this store alot. Placed a order for over $300 dollars, called the store as I usually do to ensure it could be done and was told yes. Went to pick up the order at 12:15 and was told 2 ovens were broke and our order wouldnt be ready. No phone call, no text message or anything to let me know. A simple call for a order that large would have given me time to make other arrangements for my 40 employees.
GM did call me and apologize and offered a store credit for 4 Pizzas…. but the phone call was too late

TERRIBLE!!!! Complete trash. I don’t understand how I order a pizza and then get something I didn’t order. I also ordered the pull apart cinnamon nuggets but they looked over cooked to the point where it looks cold and not edible. I called to complain about the order and I was told he didn’t have the manager credentials to void out the transaction, so I told him that I would like to replace my order and that I would pick it up instead of getting a refund. Well that was a big mistake, the pizza was over packed with toppings that were not cooked “if the pizza was in the oven” and the cinnamon bites looked like the same ones I sent back to the store. Overall the worst papa john’s to go to.
