So, I had the worst experience at Dominos tonight. I mean the most AWFUL experience I’ve ever had across any industry…ever. I had to figure out another solution to feed kids having a sleepover on the fly on Halloween at 6pm. I got to Papa John’s and they were also behind but MAN, what a difference good customer service and teamwork makes.
Unlike Dominos, the entire staff was working together, communicating with each other and helping each other. The man at the front was so helpful, kind and pleasant. He apologized for the delay, was up front about timing & did what he could to expedite. Despite them being extremely busy, they took the time to listen and empathize with people who were frustrated and waiting. One person wasn’t happy with one of their pies (it wasn’t a big deal at all) and they quickly replaced it with a smile. I mean there wasn’t even a hiccup with how quickly they said “sure thing.” The manager was listening for issues as he prepped pizza after pizza (the Dominos manager had his air pods in and couldn’t be bothered to do anything). The manager didn’t wait for his team to come grab him with issues, he proactively aimed to stop problems before they started. They were just excellent. Seriously, I really hope that the owners of this location know how lucky they are.

I ordered delivery from this location. I was contacted because there was a conflict with the address and that was squared away. The associate who called me was very professional and nice. My order took less than 30 minutes to be delivered and my delivery person was super nice as well. My pizza was very hot and was very good. Thanks guys!

Well, I buy today a pizza but I was not really satisfied the way they made it but cat the girl she working over there. She’s such a sweet sweetheart. She had wonderful customer service. I really like the way she treat me so I will give him five star as a customer service. She’s the best.

I ordered Papa John’s for delivery, so I can’t speak to the in-person aspect. However, I’ve been really impressed with how this chain in Vienna continues to keep the pizza hot and fresh while delivering it. Unlike Domino’s, Papa John’s also does not charge a minimum delivery fee, which makes it easy to redeem some of the great deals that they have, such as the $8.99 for a large one-topping pizza. Pizza is delivered in a reasonable time, and drivers are always great about delivering it to the right location.
Overall, highly recommend over Domino’s.

I used to order Papa Johns via GrubHub and DoorDash, but since I signed up for their email promotion, I am getting 50% off deals 2-3 times a week. So a pizza that used to cost $30-$35, via GrubHub, now costs $15. Of course it is a pick up, but $20 difference for pick up is worth it.

Customer service was horrific it was very apparent when the delivery driver called me that this encounter would be very unprofessional. After I tried to reach out to Papa Johns and the delivery driver I was met with some pretty disgusting and horrific messages overall I would strongly suggest that you will not go anywhere near this horrific business due to the lack of communication and customer service skills.

Delivery was faster than expected, especially considering I ordered last on a weekend night. The pizza was delivered hot and fresh.
Now for my gripes. The issues I have are with Papa John’s overall. The quality and value have completely deteriorated over the years.
1. I intentionally asked for extra sauce since all locations have seemingly stopped using it. There was barely any sauce on the entire pizza!
2. The sauce itself is of horrid quality. Obvious that it’s cheaply made and from frozen goods.
3. The dough itself continues to have an odd taste to it. Can’t explain it.

I know this is a chain and there’s actually another one closer to my home. But I always prefer to order from this location because they make the pizzas just right for me. The ample toppings are always evenly spread out and things just taste better. Plus the warm and friendly service seals the deal.

It’s alright, but it slips up quite a bit from my experience, and I’m a usual customer. Just today, my delivery man brought the wrong pizza. After going back to the store to get my pizza, I asked if I could receive a discount of some sorts, since I had waited an extra 20 minutes. He told me to call up the store using the number provided here, and guess what- they didn’t pick up. I could only assume that someone else had called them, but I called them about 20 minutes after and they still did not pick up. I am outraged by this, and will likely switch delivery places, as this is the last straw for me.
