We had a great experience at Papa John’s! Our order was fresh and made perfectly, and the staff was friendly and genuinely happy to help. We tried two of the new pan pizzas, and they are officially our family’s new go-to order.
My daughter has always been a Domino’s fan, but these new pan pizzas completely won her over, Papa John’s is now our new go-to pizza place.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Dominico, who was super helpful and professional. It was really refreshing to see an employee representing the store in such a positive light. Excellent food and excellent service, we’ll definitely be back!

Well, I guess I got what I deserved! I read the bad reviews and ignored them. Boy oh boy that was my mistake. Pizza took 2 hours to get to my house!! It was frozen delivered pizza. The real kicker was they were so unapologetic and didn’t even care. And what’s up with that $2.50 delivery charge and then you still have to tip??? What’s up with that. The picture is of our TV room table all prepped and ready but no Pizza 🙁 🙁

The pizza is hit or Miss. Half of the time I order is either burnt or severely undercooked. My pizza last night was all mushy and doughy. I couldn’t even eat it.

WHY, WHY, WHY do you have to cook the gluten free pizzas until they are practically burned??? You know that the crust is different – cook it less. How hard is that? It’s already the most expensive, small, pizza on your menu…and you overcook it…every time! And – what was up with the cinnamon pull-a-parts?

Waited over an hour for our delivery until I decided to call and get an update. When I called to check on the order, the gentleman on the phone said “my driver left it around back by your garage door”…… By the time I got to the pizza it was cold. Do delivery drivers not knock on front doors anymore??? I’m confused but that’ll be the last pre tip given. Earn your money next time

Ordered a special deal online.. customized a pizza that didnt even come with a topping they put on it.. and not what I asked for.. called and explained to store.. was told they will make a new pizza and have it right out to me… its been over an hour and I had to call them to ask when it was coming and was told its on the way .. already out the store should be less then 10 mins. It took over 30 mins…

Got a pizza to go on 4th of July….while it was good it wasn’t 5 star worthy. I will give them credit though, while all the other local pizza places in Chester were closed the evening of the 4th, Papa John’s was open. We ordered at the Papa John’s store and they were busy, but we only had to wait approx 20 minutes. While the staff were friendly, they did seem to be overwhelmed.

The pizza the past 2 months from this location has been excellent, timely and what my husband and I think is the best Papa John’s pizza we’ve had in a long time. My husband noticed the manager is always working hard, keeping the busy store in order, making his own pizzas even, being super friendly and professional. Today we got a pizza and he was all smiles and thanked us and our pizza was excellent. We want to find out his name next time!

I mean you’re crazy if you think you can convince me that these guys don’t deliver that TV quality commercial level papa John’s pizza. Papa John’s is what it is. If you’ve had one you’ve had them all. What makes this franchise 5-stars is their customer service. We order from them regularly and on the seldom occasions they forget something in our order they go above and beyond in making it right. Awesome management and truly good humans working here.
