I ordered 2 pies , $30 one pizza was made wrong.i ordered extra sauce regular cheese. The pizza is basically dry cheesy bread. The Person answered the phone and I had an argument about the pizza because she “made it herself” and give her 10 min she hung up in my face. You think I’ll take anything from here and consume it the way she spoke on the phone?? I’m good. Keep the money. Keep the pizza. Dominos is across the street.

I worked at a papa John’s for 7 years so I know the ins and outs. Since moving here I have ordered 2x. The first time my papadia was cut wonky and I wasn’t given garlic or the pepperoncini pepper after I had waited 25 minutes for my food…yesterday (my second time) I got it and ate fine but I woke up last night with mild food poisoning. I would assume it was from something not stored correctly knowing what I know from working there for so long. I won’t be going to this location again.

Received almost nothing! They sent a 2L of soda we didn’t order & and order of disgusting wings of flavor we didn’t order? And no pizza etc!
Either this store can’t figure out how to make complete & correct orders…or the delivery person stole our food!

I ordered delivery. I had to pay $1.50 for two extra sauces… but I got zero sauces. Also, while the delivery was fast, my pizza box wasn’t sealed shut and was partially opened when left at my door. Lastly, I ordered cheese sticks.. yet most of them don’t even have cheese….

Yeah. This is their new “bowl”. Looks amazing if I’d already had 1/2. However, this is what it looked like before I took a bite.
Also didn’t deliver the sauces we ordered. Called and they will only offer a credit for our next order. Told to call some 800# if we’re not happy.
Almost done with the issues. The wings we ordered? Undercooked. Rubbery grossness.

The manager is doing the work of 5 people she’s phenomenal. The cashier with the glasses needed help. I tried 3 times with him to place my order for 2 pizzas. He tried to tell me that cheese sticks come with bacon and jalapeños. I ended up ordering on the app to get the order done right.

The Cheesesteak Papadia was pretty good! The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was WAYYYY too greasy for my liking. I don’t know if it was just this location or not, but this thing was super greasy. If it was more neat, I would’ve gave it 5 stars.

The woman who answered my call was extremely unprofessional and sassy. To be fair, she does work at a papa Johns at 1 in the morning; however, I was being nice. I tried calling 4 more times (no hyperbole) and she put me through to the papa johns hold. If you want poor service from sassy folks then order from here. Otherwise, don’t.
To continue this review, the pizza was awful. After finally getting our pizza through an online order (not the poor phone service), the pizza was horrendous. Even if you were coming back from a night out, you would recognize the awfulness of this pizza.

I usually dont leave reviews, but this place is terrible. I ordered last night around 9pm and delivery took nearly 2 hrs and the people making my pizza either dont care about how its made nor if the toppings are fresh but the pepperoni was a brownish color and the crust was extremely stale. I will say I ordered from here around 5pm on a Wednesday and my pizza was good along with prompt delivery, but it seems like with shift changes come drastic changes in service. Its not worth wondering if your pizza will be a hit or miss. Just skip out on this place all together.
