Had eggs benedict with side of fruit. The eggs were beautiful and runny on the inside like they’re meant to be. Took a minute for our order to be taken, but that’s fine. Always love the views, coffee is good and they offer for more coffee. Don’t have any complaints and I’ve been here several times over the years.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but when it’s a repetitive issue, I feel like it needs attention. My family and I have gone here on multiple occasions now trying to give this place another go, but we leave frustrated every single time. We had breakfast today, and while there were some very tasty things, others were very lackluster. I ordered my eggs over medium and received one egg that was definitely hard, and the other was very close to it. My soda was also completely flat. Another person with me ordered a steak and eggs breakfast with her steak medium rare, and it came closer to blue. Had these things been the only issues I wouldn’t be writing a review however it took at least 10-15 minutes for someone to approach our table to take a drink order then 15 minutes later when we still hadn’t received our drinks i asked another server to please remind our server that we hadn’t received our drinks yet still. 35 minutes after we were seated was when we received our drinks. It also took 35 minutes to receive our food. Our server was very sweet but severely lacked the training to give proper attention to her tables. With all of that being said, there was an automatic 20% gratuity added onto the 2 checks at the table because we were a party of six. While we are typically happy to do a 20% + tip, unfortunately, with the quality of service, we just didn’t feel it was appropriate. We observed multiple other tables having similar issues as well. I hope that this place comes back around one day, we would love to have more options in our little town, but as for now, we aren’t interested in coming back.

Went for breakfast, waited 20+ minutes for our drink order to be taken, then waited another 15 or so to get the order after we asked about it, then received flat soda which took another 15 mins and 2 more tries to get handled. Two other tables seated well after us received their drink orders almost immediately. One thing I will say is, the food was good, though the steak was ordered med-rare and came somewhere between blue/rare. Then we got a check that included a 20% tip that was calculated including tax…nope! I am not paying 20% on barely mediocre service and definitely not going to include the tax when calculating any tip. I have tried this restaurant multiple times under this ownership. The current owners have a turn over in their wait staff that is really high, the waitstaff always seems to be running their butts off, but I am not sure doing what, cause it for sure isn’t providing good service, let alone great service worthy of a 20% tip…I have been here 4 times now with this current ownership and the service is crap every time, so, no more passes. One of the times “I have been here” I left before even being acknowledged, because 20 mins is to long to wait to even be acknowledged…
The other times there were meals that were completely just never delivered (both times that happened it was (small kids) childrens meals, who should be served first…lol
I am very disappointed because our small town doesn’t have enough sit down breakfast options as it is, but the service here is subpar and I am over it.

We went for the prime rib was which
was extremely poor quality. Two drinks and two prime ribs and we spent $108 and definitely was not worth that. I haven’t eaten breakfast and lunch there and both were good. I just would not recommend the prime rib dinner
