I’m a long time papa johns customer and recently had one of the worst pizzas at the hampstead location. The crust was hard and had a weird texture. I still love papa johns but will not be using the hampstead location. Hopefully they work out their crust issue soon!

Well, we love the pizza but….. we ordered 3 small pizzas (1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and 1 veggie), delivery fees seem to exponentially add up, so we decided to take the 5 minute drive up to the store… 43 DOLLARS !?!?&?’?!? WHAAAAAAT? For 3 small pizzas… on the food delivery apps they were buy one get one… I had to walk out and leave the pizzas just on principle alone. Not to get all political and bring up socioeconomics, but his can families afford that ? We will stick with Genova’s down the street.

Had two pizzas delivered 60$ for raw crust and an overly greasy box. All the toppings fell off the pizza when it got picked up because of how flimsy the bread was. Disappointed to say the least.

The pizza was good. Service….well, not so much. Asked for red peppers, got one pack (for a large pizza) asked for Parmesan got one pack, when asked for more, the attendant smirked and gave me one more of each! For a large pizza!

Placed a delivery order for a large pizza and 16 wings. The order was placed at 4:50 and didn’t arrive until over 2 hours later. Everything was cold. I called the store and his suggestion was he would have another pizza ready for pick up in a half hour for us and they were busy. I rarely order from here and won’t be again.

I don’t think papa John’s is what it used to be because now it’s 30$ for one pizza that I don’t even enjoy anymore so I don’t want to pay for it. I would get a thin crust which came in a large only. I’d also get pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. If I remember correctly the garlic sauce used to come complimentary one per order and now it does not. Very disappointed.
