This is one of our go-to places for pizza and we like it far more than most of the other big chain pizza places. We always do carryout because we live right down the street and it’s more convenient for us that way. It’s nice that they’re right on the maiin street.
We use to have a problem where the slices were not cut conistently so you’d have a couple really narrow slices and then some really big ones. That seems to have improved. However, one thing I would really like the employees to take notice on is with regard to instructions concerning how much sauce. I intentionally order all our pizzas with light sauce because too much gives me heartburn and acid reflux. This is not just with marinara but the bbq sauce as well. How come my pizza yesterday was practically DOUSED in bbq sauce? Please, please, my gastric system would really appreciate if you make sure you’re following instructions or I may have to go elsewhere.

Just witness These girls handle cash the cash register and phones and didn’t even wash their hands before going to make pizzas! . They don’t even wear a hair net! You need to go inside to witness these unsanitary actions at this location.

Never have had an issue with my orders. Last night was the 1st time. Pizza arrived with the wrong topping, and the family could not eat pizza. It was 930pm when I received order. So I didn’t even bother calling store. I know its pizza, and it happens. Someone dropped the ball on this order. Hopefully it won’t happen again.

Not sure how this location is still open! Let’s start by saying that nobody wears a mask…not the person making the pizza not even the manager. Waited 90 minutes for cheese sticks only to finally get the box full of grease! So bad that it messed up the interior of the car. By then nobody wanted to eat it but still opened the box to see why it was so oily and it wasn’t even cooked! Nasty! Corporate will be getting many calls from angry customers. Do not go here!!

They barely put any cheese on few of the slices. It was very lacking. Not the first time Papa John messed up on my order. Papa John what is wrong with your cookers? Why can’t I have cheese on my pizza??? Do better. Most nasty pizza I ever had without cheese. Who doesn’t put cheese on a pizza???

Received the wrong item and when I called about it, they already knew and said yes our food had been delivered to someone else, but evidently had decided to bring us the wrong food anyway. Once it finally got here, it was just OK at best. Probably won’t order from again.

I ordered carry-out pizza over the phone. The person was kind that I spoke with. When I arrived I received a notification on my phone that my pizza was ready. The person at the front asked my name and said it would still be a few moments. After a few moments another person asked my name and handed me a pizza that had been sitting for a little bit. The pizza tasted great, but I felt like their operations needed a tweak.
