We recently called Papa John’s for their GH50 deal. They immediately honored the promotion, our special request, and told us it would be ready in 15 minutes and it was. When I walked in, our pizza was done. The staff were friendly and actually wanted to make sure the order was right. The pizza was definitely good!

We love Papa John’s pizza, but tonight our delivery was absolutely terrible. The Papa tracker said it was “on the way” for over 30 minutes, and when it arrived it was cold. Then the driver dropped one order of wings in the street, and after tried to give us only one order. When I asked for the other he gave me the one that fell in the street and left. I tried to call the store to resolve it rather than writing a bad review, but the phone just rang and rang and rang with no answer. We will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again.

Just want to show some love to this location. I use it for personal pickup and make sure this is where my Uber Eats orders come from as well. Usually very prompt and consistent and just really appreciate the folks that work here and make it happen.

Umm they use DoorDash for delivery? Where is there actual delivery drivers? Then delivery my pizza upside down and slices everywhere. If I would have known that I would pick my own food up. Will never order from here again DONE!

This Papa John’s is sorely lacking on delivery.
They are always calling me on their cell at the front door telling me they can’t get in when they can call from the call box so that I can buzz them in. Then when I finally get my pizza it is partially cold and or smashed to one side of the box.
The donuts are great though. Be careful reheating them and eating right away. I forgot there was filling in them and burnt my tongue.
The drivers are usually kind of rude when giving me my pizza. They are like here is your pizza and then just leave. I don’t know if that is because of the cultural difference being that my drivers are always international.
Some of them have me sign and some don’t. Not too sure about that.
If I had a choice where I can get my delivery from I would choose the other one.
Pickup there is no problem.
Update 8/12/18 I ordered ahead and they delivered 10 minutes early, okay with that. Went to eat and they didn’t even slice the pizza. Pizza looks a lot better than the last time.
10/13/18 – Delivery order took almost a hour to get to me and the pizza was room temperature. When I ordered I left a note to use the call box, driver called from his car and was like I have your pizza or something since I couldn’t understand him. I am so sick of this store. How can we get another store assigned like the one at 18568 Woodfield Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20879.

Very disappointed in this location and will NEVER patron on my own. I was completing a doordash order pick-up for a customer and arrived to a locked door. This is normal after certain hours but normally they will open and provide good customer for anyone completing a door dash order. From how it looks they chose to close early for the night regardless of their posted hours. Despite my knocking on the door and attempts to get his attention, the associate sat on his phone and continued to pretend like he couldn’t hear me. SMH I had to settle with canceling the order for the customer through Doordash due to their rudeness and lack of customer service. I’ll never pick up an order here again. Time and money wasted. If you need a Papa John with good service skip this one.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to shout out Tre at Papa John’s. Every time I’ve ordered, he’s gone above and beyond. Whether it’s making sure the order is right, coming out with a smile, or just being super chill and professional. The food’s always hot, fresh, and exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to get that kind of consistent service these days, and Tre definitely stands out. Appreciate the great service every time!
