There’s no way … I ordered the “heart shaped pizza” for delivery and this is what I received … I let the very kind delivery driver know and he told me to call the store so they could remake it for me .
Once I called , the person on the phone asked me to “throw him a $1 for a tip for him going back” when I already tipped for a pizza that wasn’t edible .
Do better .

I wasn’t even going to say anything because its just pizza but nope. Y’all are dead wrong for playing with people unprovoked. Listen, I get being tired at work and having to fix things that aren’t right (we are all working people) but don’t do people wrong. You know its more costly for pizzas now and to send inadequate pizzas to paying customers homes as if you didn’t notice the order looks crazy is WILD. I ordered 2 medium pizzas tonight after being out of the house for over 12 hours for work hoping to have a little lunch for tomorrow too. Cheese, sauce pepperoni… cheese, sauce, sausage, pepperoni. Thats it. WHY barely cover the pizzas at all and send me 75% bread??? Where is my cheese and sauce? Why do that? I paid extra for the basic toppings too. I’m so hungry I’ll eat it but why do that. You saw it and thought “who cares”? If this pizza showed up at your house you would be pissed. Just playing around in there. I don’t know why I keep ordering from you. Its always something.

I’ve ordered twice from this location (online – delivery) and have not had any issues. I prefer papa John’s over other pizza chain joints like Pizza Hut. Pizza came as estimated on the app, and upon delivery the food was nice and warm, and tasted great. I ordered a pizza, jalapeño papa bites, and wings. Driver was nice.

Customer service, food quality, accuracy of order all beyond deplorable from this location. I spoke to the manager Alicia I believe about not receiving my order 12/4/2025 and she yelled, screamed, cursed, and hung up the phone on me. Please save yourself the headache and go to pizza hut or dominos down the street. Will not ever be returning to this company. Also this has been continues for years now from this location. Change the District, Regional and General Manager to be honest.

This location has the WORST pizza in the Papa John’s chain. I’m not sure how this pizza made it pass quality control but it’s the second time that my order was rendered with pizza that were smaller than they are supposed to be as well as the crust being ill shaped. I don’t even have the bandwidth to take the pizza back so I’ll reach out to corporate tomorrow to file a complaint. Just disgusting.

HORRIBLE. Can we give a minus100 stars. 1.5 hours said they delivered. Nope we have camera’s. Said be there in 15 minutes right with cold pizza Oh OK. Still didn’t show up. It’s now 9:39 and my husband is still trying to get the ordered food. The grandchildren and I don’t want it. He’s still waiting for the food, we’re going to pick up food somewhere else. What a joke.
