Message to the owner. Your business is understaffed. That said, your employees are courteous and hard working but they need help as it’s impossible for them to fill orders in the time quoted on the app. I buy food from Jersey Mike’s all over the country and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. The wait was so bad I almost left without my food.

I walked in to place an order. One of the ladies made her way over to me and didn’t say a word and smiled. I told her I wanted 2 giant #13 subs with extra meat on wheat bread. She then pointed at the bread rack without speaking so I repeated wheat bread. She sliced all the meat and placed it on both halves of bread. It looked very light, so I asked is that extra meat? I got no answer, just a smile. When it came time for the vegetables I asked for light hot relish. She scooped a large spoonful and covered one half of the bread so I motioned to spread it across and she added even MORE relish. This continued on with ALL of the items I’d asked for to be lightly placed!! All along another worker is filling online orders closely by and she didn’t attempt to help her or me with my order. My sandwich was sliced halfway through and I paid for it and took it home. NO words were spoken and I didn’t get the sandwich the way I’d asked for. You know, good customer service is what gets people to come back and making sure they get what they’ve asked for. This is my last trip to Jersey mikes.

Waited a couple minutes before being asks if they could help me even though no one in line. I give her my order and she proceeds to grill area so I think she is making my steak and cheese. Another customer comes in and orders a steak sandwich. More customers come in and get their sandwich and nothing for me it the lady behind me. Finally someone asks what I ordered and I tell her so she can’t find my sandwich so makes a new one. I asked for no jalapeño. Get home to eat and full of jalapeños. So I call and talk to manager. She said she can give me a free sandwich next time or she can give me a refund and make me a new sandwich. I said ok. I drive back there and sandwich is ready and I mentioned refund and she says no. I told them this is the worst service I have had here and it’s always been questionable but today was bad. I won’t be back! I wasted time and gas and had to deal with traffic nightmare.

You really need to find better Employees. You likely know this and don’t care. They don’t speak English, they’re very lazy and dont want to be there. The food is not fresh. The store is nasty, nobody cleans. And you charge top dollar for this?

Wish I could rate this a ZERO!!!!! Horrible service!!! Ordered my food at 6:24pm tonight… here it is 7:05pm & I am still waiting for my food. It was supposed to be ready by 6:40pm. I’m getting “they are working on it” every time I ask.. it’s not even that busy. This has been the 3rd time, this has happened to me.

Gone downhill! Sadly, each time we’ve gone here recently we’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes past our pickup time and the staff doesnt even start to make it until at least 10-15 minute after it was supposed to be ready. They seem to be scrambling to figure out what’s in each sandwhich and to effectively communicate with customers, too. Business is extremely understaffed and this needs to be addressed as well as quality control. Order has frequently been wrong, too.

The biggest problem with this restaurant is that i couldn’t communicate with staff. They didn’t understand me, so it made it hard to order. If they hadn’t already started making my sandwich, I would’ve left. I will not return. The food was not great either!

Went in and my first impression was the employees didn’t want to be there, for my wife I ordered a bacon chicken witch was sub par compared to other locations, and for me a “giant” mikes hot Italian, let me say we’re the meat was it tasted good, but it had enough meat to fill maybe a reg size sandwich not a giant I had 4 inches on each side or more with no meat. So for 50 dollars Im not impressed and feel ripped off as a customer.i do have pictures but won’t let me upload it

We went this past Friday night and there was only 2 female employees working and they were crushing it! Kudos to them for hustling, staying calm, smiling and trying there best as the line kept getting longer and on line orders kept coming in.

The sandwiches were ok, but definitely not worth $23 for 2 small sandwiches. The person who adds the toppings is also cashing out customers, but doesn’t change gloves after handling money. We had a coupon for buy one sandwich get one free, which doesn’t expire until 10/31. They are no longer honoring the coupon (even though it hadn’t expired yet, WHY??.). This is probably my last time that I will go to this location.
