I’ve been a loyal customer of this Papa John’s location for over 23 years, and I’ve never been as disappointed as I was during my recent visit. I had a valid coupon that I was unable to apply online, so I brought it with me when I picked up my order. Despite showing the coupon and explaining the issue, the staff refused to honor it. I was told I needed to pay full price, which was Unethical,frustrating and unacceptable.
The customer service has declined dramatically over the years. The newer staff, in particular a young indian looking man, do not seem to value returning customers or provide any willingness to help.
Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this location. I will not be returning, and I DO NOT recommend this Papa John’s to anyone. If they continue treating loyal customers this way, I wouldn’t be surprised if they lose many more.

Terrible experience. I waited nearly 50 minutes for food I ordered through the app. When I arrived, no one was responding. The manager said they were understaffed, and I tried to be understanding, but she was extremely condescending. She didn’t listen, didn’t apologize for the long wait, and clearly didn’t care. Even after helping other customers in similar situations, she mistreated me and basically handed me the food without looking at me. Very rude and disrespectful behavior, especially from a manager.

I am so disappointed and will not be ordering at this place. I ordered 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 garden which they only put 2-3 pieces of a small slices green pepper, 9-10 small slices of olives, 5-6 thinly slices of onions and 6 small cubes of tomatoes.

Manager is EXTREMELY RUDE AND indignant. Seriously has ANGER ISSUES! On 10/9/25, the manager on duty exhibited unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. During and interaction, the manager used vulgar and profane language and aggressively ordered me to eave the store. This conduct created and extremely hostile and unpleasant experience. This resulted because my order was incorrectly made. I will never patronize this franchise again. I hope Papa John’s Corporate office views this review.

This location is very unprofessional and lack in customer service. This was my 2nd time ordering from here and both times my order was wrong, even with the sticker tag on the box the says what was ordered. Not to mention, when they fixed the order IT WAS STILL WRONG! It’s almost as if they were intentionally doing it to upset us. At that point we didn’t even bother because it obvious they weren’t going to make the order correctly. Sad to say that I will never order from this location again. Upper management needs to go take a deep dive into the operation of this location because it’s obvious something is wrong.

Delivery driver was extremely rude over tip and the pizza itself was undercooked. I don’t know what’s changed at this store, but it’s not worth it anymore.

I ordered my pizza at 7:39 pm – and was given an estimated delivery time of 27 to 37 minutes and an estimated delivery time of 8:06 to 8:16 pm. At 8:20 it said through the tracking system that it was currently being boxed. At 8:23 the pizza said it was on its way – and the delivery time shifted to an estimated delivery time of 8:15 – 8:20 pm (not possible unless you have a time machine). At 8:40 I called the local est. and was put on hold for 15 mins while the worker “tried to find my pizza,” she never returned to the phone. After that I called back and (after a brief hold) was (rudely) told that my pizza was on its way and they were “a little backed up.” When I noted that it had been an hour since I placed the order and 30 mins since it was supposed to be delivered I was told essentially that that was what “a little backed up” meant. Finally, at 9:21 pm the delivery driver called and asked for the same directions I gave in the online instructions. He finally showed up with a cold pizza at 9:38 pm – two hours after I put in the original order. So, would give no stars if a possibility and would suggest that you probably just go with Domino’s or a lovely local pizzeria if you actually plan to eat dinner at dinner time.

This is the worst pizza place. Worst customer services. As soon I walked in and ask for the pizza the guy on the register was so rude. He told me no pizza was order here, plus this not the only pizza place he say. Started talking to me with attitude. Instead of saying let’s wait see if it come thru. I explain my daughter always order from this place since is closed to the house. He say man just leave, as I was was driving off he tells me the order came thru, but his going to cancel the order with no reason as to why. It was very upsetting. I don’t understand why people apply to customer service job when actually that’s not your calling.

I’m not quite sure what has happened to this Papa Johns location, but the quality is going downhill. It’s like your pizza is being made sloppy. You can’t even eat the toppings on the pizza without it falling apart I’m not quite sure if it’s Undercooked or what but highly disappointed. Today I placed an order for delivery and my order was completely wrong. I immediately reached out to the store so they could correct the issue because I get it mistakes do happen. The person that I spoke to offered to have my order delivered, but I suggested let me just pick it up just so I can make sure that my order is Correct. So I picked up the order from this location just to find out that the order was still made Wrong once again. When I got to my car, I did check to make sure that everything was correct which it looked like it was, but not realizing that the pizza crust had cheese in it. I just thought that the crust was extremely thick, but that wasn’t the case. I was highly disappointed. I decided not to reach back out to the store because it would’ve been the third time.
