Worst pizza place in this town, I called after having an issue with my order and they promised to make it right, an hour later I call back to get an update and he starts yelling on the phone about how busy he is then proceeded to hangup on me. If you can’t handle the business, don’t be in the business. Definitely calling a higher up because that was not at all acceptable.

Called to place and order and the man on the phone told my fiance to go online and place his order. Then he proceeds to get an attitude after he typed the card number in wrong and we told the man “we think you typed it in wrong bro” and he said “NO I DIDNT BRO” and hung up the phone. I called back and asked why he hung up the phone up and he told us to “learn how to speak to him” and he hung up again. Once again we were NEVER rude or disrespectful. I called back again and said do I need to come to the store and get my food? He said if I come he will call the police on me. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he is the manager. I asked his name and he said he wouldn’t provide it and I also asked if the calls were recorded and he said no and cussed me out and hung the phone up. I’m not sure who is in charge of this place but this was absolutely uncalled for as we were just trying to order dinner for our kids. I don’t leave reviews either, but this was definitely worth warning the next family or person.

Ok, so it’s not just Dominos… it’s Papa Johns too. Ordered a couple of pizzas and a dessert well over an hour ago. I was notified that the pizza was on its way, but here I sit, an hour later for a 20-minute drive, wishing I would have ordered from somewhere else tonight. Looks like it’s time to order from Spitonys and pick it up myself. It’s better pizza at Spitonys anyway and they don’t demand a tip until AFTER the service is provided. By the way, the pizza just arrived… and it’s COLD! And to add insult to injury, not tasting very good either. I am deeply dissapointed and will not be ordering from Papa Johns in Warrenton ever again.

As a Mom who can’t keep her stuff together half the time with many feral sweet kids, PJs has always been a winner. This location here in Warrenton constantly gives the extra care and makes sure I am where I say I am. If they thought pool was closed they’ve called to make sure I was there and not home location. Visa versa as well! They have made sure to consistently deliver to the correct place and on top of that have been kind and have always gotten our order right or made sure to correct it in n appropriate way. Mistakes happen and it’s always been ok! We made Warrenton our forever home and of all the locations and states and cities and decades ordering Papa John’s, this location by far is the best. This review isn’t for a recent order either. It’s the cumulative experiences and me realizing I needed to share my good experiences. Thanks for helping this Mom out and making our days easier!

Look, I know it’s “fast food” pizza, but it’s usually my go to over Dominos when I want “fast food” pizza. I’ve grown partial to the Big NY Pizza lately which is really good. I go with pepperoni and always, always get the well done bake! Pro tip! Anyways….. Good pie for when you just want “fast food” pizza and you’re not looking for you know, the best pie you’ve ever had! This location is my delivery location. Deliveries are usually good. Pizza always arrives hot, however the drivers don’t follow directions and always ring my doorbell even though I ask them not too and it sets my dogs off. Oh well. 🙂

We have ordered from Warrenton location, both delivery and pick up. Always nice. Order is correct and hot when we get it delivered. The Drivers are so nice. Love the “well done” option of the crust. Can’t say enough nice things about it. Definitely our favorite. And always have good specials.

Normally pretty good but yesterday it was utterly disgusting. For the price it should be edible. Ordered yesterday and was very disappointed. The pizza smelled and tasted like an ashtray. We couldn’t even eat it because it smelled and tasted so bad. I don’t know if the driver smoked an entire pack before delivering or if they are smoking inside the restaurant while cooking. Either way this is unacceptable.
