Waited over 50 minutes for the food to come just to receive it like this… This so disappointing, I tried calling the store and no one answered. It looks like it fell over or it was put upside down and one of the garlic sauce was open and spilled all over the pizza box.

The pizza was ready pretty quickly but they messed up 2 things: one pizza was supposed to be thin crust and all 3 pizzas were supposed to be well done. The pizza from the Ashburn location was much better, but we were not impressed with this location.

EDIT: Just discovered for some reason that our order had “extra sauce” added. Made it regular sauce and it came out exactly how I expected!
For anybody who lives in Potomac Falls or Lowe’s Island, they know how close this is to the house. But they’ve become lackluster in their pizza craftsmanship lately. We order from here when we are tight on time, or if we need something close delivered. But the picture of their recent pizza didn’t really sit with me well, explaining the 4 star rating. Otherwise it is very convenient and tasty, but Papa Johnians, please pay a little more attention to making your pies. Thanks.

My family ordered 2 Large Double Cheeseburger pizzas with stuffed crust last night. When we got home we discovered that they were regular crust. We called them back to report the mistake and the lady that answered nicely apologized and made us the correct pizzas very quickly. I really appreciate that level of customer service. The pizza was very delicious! Thank You.

I ordered 2 pizzas using the OVI50 coupon, which gives you a 50% discount. I have been noticing that this location makes the crust thinner and uses less sauce and toppings whenever I use one of the Papa John’s promo coupons. The coupon doesn’t state that using it means you get 50% less crust and toppings.

I’ve called this place 6 times and each time they have just picked up the phone and left it on the hook and left me sitting there. This is crazy!! No reason I shouldn’t be able to call and at least speak to someone, no”hey give me one sec” or nothing!! I thought Papa johns was better than the dominos in the area but they are all the same!!
