GREAT food
Okay customer service
We got our order all good and well. Although the burger could’ve been a bit more done. Maybe an extra minute on the grill would’ve been perfect
BUT, the cashier didn’t ask if we wanted the food for here or to go and he packed it up basically for us to go while we had planned to stay and eat in the food court. I asked for a tray and he gave me one that was not clean or wiped at all. PLEASE remember to ask if for here or to go.
Other than that, definitely recommend.

Don’t go here if you’re in a rush. Waited 30 minutes for grilled chicken sandwich and popcorn chicken. Grilled chicken was diced pieces on a pita. Definitely not worth a $25 price tag for these two meals!!!!

I ate there with my team on Saturday they were completely unprepared for for buses of kids but the service was amazing the girl at the counter was very good about communicating with us about how they were a cook to order restaurants and that it would be a wait. if it were me I would have been completely overwhelmed considering most of us went to this one establishment but she handled it like a pro and with a smile she deserves a RAISE!! (we can be a handful) and the food was good I ordered a bacon cheeseburger plane of course and my friend order the popcorn chicken and we shared and both things were amazing I will definitely be recommending that our team goes back the next time we are in the area!!! #go campus

Really bad service. Giving 2 stars because the food wasn’t bad. But the staff is very unproductive and rude. Gave us our order wrong and the downright display of arrogance upon complaining is very unprofessional. How difficult is it to understand that if someone places two variants separately of a dish (waffle fries and waffle fries cheesy in our case), then putting them all in 1 double box with cheese is not what they want else they would have ordered 2 of the same thing. I understand mistakes do happen, but justifying that them by saying things like (1) “you ordered 2 things and we gave you 2” but all mixed up, (2) “I have a long line to deal with” when the customer being dealt with also had to go through the same long line (3) “we are family joint and dont appreciate food wastage” which is after you took the wrong order back and didn’t replace it with the correct one for a long long time. And then even tried to blame me for already having taken the replacement order before another customer in the line had to correct them.

It’s is good place for a fast food store in the marketplace. reasonable price for fresh cook fast food and meal option. My favorite menu is burgers. The burgers are all natural beef, and fresh cooked. My nephew likes kids menu. His favorite is popcorn chicken. It is not luxury restaurant of course but meets your expectations for a fast food.

Paid $30 for double bacon cheese burger. Popcorn chicken and fries. Asked for waffle fries and the dont have them. Made regular fries without asking first. Fries were soft with no flavor. Burger had 1 slice of bacon and was disgusting. Rude service from cashier and the owner. Not worth the money, wait or indigestion.

Decided to try this for the kids and had already had me and the wife’s food in hand from Sarku. 3 kids meals 1 burger and 2 nuggets. I was the only person in line or to order while I was there. The 2 ladies said 4 minute wait on nuggets. Thats normal. So as me and the kids wait the ladies are talking having a good ol time and forgot to drop nuggets. Burger was smashed to death on the fryer as I watched them butcher it shaking my head. Well took 17 minutes to get the meals and was $25.XX for 3 kids meals…..wow. gotta say I won’t go back. Not for the price or for the wait. If they were busy I understand but cmon now. I’m the ONLY person there and your chatting about boys makes you forget to cook the only order you have lol.

Wow. It takes talent to screw up a burger. I got a Baja Burger, which is supposed to come with Swiss cheese and avocado. I paid a dollar for bacon. I also ordered a cheeseburger for my daughter, as they only allow hot dogs in kids meals. Never mind it’s called Campusburger.
I waited over 30 minutes for our burgers. When I got them, they were soggy. The bacon was missing. The lettuce was cooked (really.) The avocado was clearly old and mushy. There’s something special about these burgers, alright – they’re the worst quality ones you can find in this area.
This place is my new least favorite burger joint in Champaign. It’s disgusting. The workers are high or tired (or both.) The prices are outrageous. And notably, a burger should not take half an hour to cook. Especially in a food court!! Whoever owns or manages this place needs to stop by and see just how horrible it is.
