I used to eat at this place frequently, and the staff used to be more kind. I’d highly recommend that the current manager and staff learn customer service skills from the start. The skinny dude basically told me that I have some attitude issues when I tried to get a refund and explained the food issue. If you treat and talk to customers this way, you shouldn’t even consider doing business in the first place.

I ordered an extra pepperoni pizza, nothing special. I was about 15 minutes out when I placed the order. When I got there, the order ticket was still sitting in the machine untouched, even though the place was dead. The staff told me to wait 10 more minutes, so I did.
In total, I waited 25 minutes just to get handed the wrong pizza, it was cheese only. I had to go back in and tell them they messed up the order. They didn’t do anything extra to make it right. The guy just goes, “Oh sorry, gimme a minute,” and hands me a terrible looking pepperoni pizza with no extra pepperoni, even though I paid extra for it.
I didn’t even feel like dealing with it anymore, so I left. After taking one slice, I ended up dumping the whole thing. Never coming here again. I’ll go to the MetroTech Drive location instead. And honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave that cheese pizza to someone else after I touched it too.

Staff are timely, professional, and friendly. Pizza is the Papa John’s quality I expect. It’s worth noting that it’s just for takeout, there’s no seating inside.

Got the works with extra cheese since they had a special promo. However, it was not extra cheese. When I called the manager to tell him that he argued saying “I’m pretty sure it’s extra cheese.” Do not fall for their specials. Just go with your usual pizza place.

On Feb 23rd I went to the store to order chicken Parmesan papa bites. And you can see the hair in one of them. It was very disappointing. I wish you use some masks and bones and such to cover hair while preparing food. It is not hygienic.

The delivery person (who had South Asian accent) audaciously up-charged the tip $15 unlike $10 that I wrote on the receipt. The delivery for five pizza order was made to my church (KCPC) on 12/30/2025 around 7:03 pm after a nearly hour long wait. Always take a photo of your receipt if you’d sign the tip to the delivery person upon delivery.

These fools forgot to put garlic on my garlic knots. They delivered me plain bread. major fail. And the driver didn’t want to go upto my hotel room. The front desk called and I asked if he could bring it up and I heard the guy sigh heavily.
