Literally, this place was alone. Only two more people in front of me were waiting for their order. These two people seem to be waiting for a while. The only me and another were left. It had already at this point been more than fifteen minutes waiting on my order and the other person had not received his coffee? One cup of coffee. Why? Because the two young ladies and the elder lady were busy talking to each other instead of getting the orders out. Anyways my order was given after almost 30 minutes of wait. I truly think management should talk to their employees and improve their service here. If you go be prepared to wait a while for your order.

When they actually get your order right it’s good. I’ve had them mess up my order several times and also give me an attitude about it. But what is most annoying is that they are often not open when they’re supposed to be.
Some of the employees are really nice but others are cranky. No longer worth it to me to come here. Plus the app sucks.

One of the best places around to go, service is amazing. Food is even better ,smells good, very clean. I would send everybody there. And it’s not just this Einstein bagels, it’s all of them. I’ve been to about 10 or 12 different locations.

We don’t have pictures of the bagel sandwiches because we couldn’t wait to dive in! Chocolate chip muffin was delicious! Great iced chai latte and staff was awesome! Had to go twice while in town

Just called 26th @10:40am spoke with some woman who was hesitant to give her name, kept saying it super fast and would not spell it out. She super unprofessional. I explained to her how our order was messed up. The A.C at the location was not working too hot to dine in and we had left back home with our food to go home and eat. Our bagel sandwiches were not toasted. Everything was sloppy and messy. Our hasbrowns had egg shells and dirt or oven burn Charcoal on it. This loaction is dirty. Employees look dirty. Read the reviews. Go to another location the employees here don’t make the food well. OUR BAGELS WERE NOT TOASTED. We would like our money back. Don’t go here.

Competent little bagel shop, food is swell and folks are for the most part pretty nice. The gentleman that took my order was definatly not having a good morning. Couldn’t tell why but he was not excited to be there, might not have had his coffee yet. Seemed ready to snap at a moments notice.

I rarely come to this location but it’s convenient when I get my nails done next door. Luke took my order and rang me up and apparently could not answer my question about what flavors of iced coffee were offered and told me to look at the sign. I thought that was extremely rude, I don’t even know where he was pointing to pretty much tell me to figure it out myself. Long story short I left without an iced coffee.

Very hostile service, the girl who prepared the sandwich this morning behaved like giving me free food and she treated me very bad, understand anyone can have a bad day but that doesn’t mean that the customers are the victims. Even though its far, i may have to go to another location. If I were the manager, I would hire the right fit. If this is the way you are going to run your business, then you may be closing soon. Good luck with this kind of employees you got. Very disappointing!!!

My bagel was good and the service was great. Very friendly. It was a bit noisy but it was clean. I haven’t been there since the 90s, and I’m glad it’s still around.
