New Year’s Eve evening I was getting dinner for the family when I got there there was this light-skinned woman couldn’t catch your name had a ponytail brownish hair I don’t like a mole on her face was acting very stupid and slow at the cash register messing up people names and orders and was acting very slow they need to get rid of her I will never be going back to that location again and don’t suggest it to anyone else the Papa John’s on Indian Head highway near Eastover shopping center is better than this one

The worst pizza I have ever tasted. It was disgusting. I tried to eat just the toppings and it had absolutely no taste, matter of fact, it had a weird taste. To make sure it was not me, I offered a slice to my guest, and they concurred. As you can see, the pizza is over baked and looks peculiar.

I had a delivery driver refuse to deliver my order to my door because I didn’t tip. He said it was company policy to do so. That was rude and unprofessional. Terrible customer service.

This is the worst pizza business in the market. I received half eaten food from this location an was even a full product half eaten. Observed the scrap marks this is exactly how it was served to me. I didn’t have one bite of it. Never used or open my spoon, I took this back an got my money back. The employees were laughing an smiling. I got a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone we had to turn around an go back. I would not eat here! Unless you wanna be pissed!

Dont order frm here. I ordered a delivery and when i got my pizza pepperonis were clearly pulled off all thru my pizza, mind u they delivered thru doordash. They didnt put the tamper stickers on my box and someone took advantage of that. Called the store and the manager basically called me a liar wont be purchasing frm this location again

Ordered my food for delivery waited a hour called told me that they couldn’t find my order and took my money. This is the second bad experience I had here. The first time they put anchovies on my pizza and I’m allergic to any seafood. Thought I would give them another try. Never will I order from here again

It was the first time I visited a papa jhons first time. It’s just a pick-up branch. I have seen an add-on TV large pizza for 9.99$. When I ordered, he said it’s online only deal. He didn’t regard me and charge full price.
