worst service you can get, place your order and it will say it will say 20-30 minutes, that’s always wrong and takes over and hour EVERY SINGLE TIME. Once it arrives the driver will go to the wrong door and then demand five dollars for driving a mile in an electric car that dominoes gives them as a TIP. I have never encountered a member of their staff that wasn’t unkempt, rude, and lazy. I would not spend my last 20 dollars if I were starving to get a hunk of garbage pizza from this place. 0-0-0

Normally when I get food during night shift, at least the food is good. The delivery drivers are horrible, but the food is good quality. I got pizza today around 11:30am and not only was the delivery driver super slow (it shouldn’t take an hour to deliver 5 mins up the street), but the pizza was the worst pizza I ever got from here. I used to work at dominos and I know whoever made my pizza either didn’t put the full amount of cheese on it or completely overloaded it with sauce. The dough was literally falling apart. Please fix this situation or something

After being on hold from 11pm to 1125pm…I arrive at the store to notice the employees outside talking and rushing to get inside. When asked about not answering the call, was told the only phone that worked was in the back and cant take orders. This was the 3rd and final straw, should’ve wrote em off after trying to serve me a sandwich that fell into their catch bin located on the floor. Really wish there was a 0 stars.

don’t recommend this place, the food i’ve been given hasn’t been cooked all the way, and the employees are extremely rude. the one manager gave me a huge attitude and she was very rude, the other employees are MIA on their phones or smoking while there are people waiting for their carry outs or to place an order. if i could give 0 stars i would, definitely don’t go here.. pick a different dominos!

This is my “last resort” dominos location. They are the absolute worst. Last 3 times i have ordered they somehow manage to screw it up. They are always behind and the pizza being edible is hit or miss.

Unless you have an hour or more to wait order food elsewhere. Last two times I have placed orders it’s been well past the pick up times. Currently waiting on 1 single pizza that I placed at 530 and it’s 644. No discount or apology, was told 15 minutes at 6 came back and was told it was in the oven just to have them tell me “oh we’re just now putting it in the oven at 630!! If I hadn’t paid already I would have already canceled and left. If you value your time take your money elsewhere!!

Ordered food for me and my kids and boyfriend online got the primavera with NO ONIONS ! And got all way home 18 minutes away and it was loaded with onions and I’m highly allergic to them . Which is why I asked for no onions . Granted the service when I walked in was great employees were nice but I’d rather not die due to a simple mistake .

I placed an order at 6:22pm with a 33 minute estimated delivery time. At 6:43pm, the tablets updated letting me know they were inspecting my pizza which is the last stage before delivery. By 7pm when no pizza had arrived and the tracker was still stuck at 6:43pm, I called Domino’s store #8495. No one answered after a twenty minute hold. It is now 7:22pm. I then called another local Domino’s and she explained that they’re probably busy due to the current specials. No excuses. Then I read a recent review which said they waited an hour and a half for their delivery as well because the location only had one person making pizzas. I guess that explains why no one bothered to answer the call. Finally, the tracker updated at 7:29pm stating my driver is on the way. She arrived at 7:40pm. She didn’t apologize for the wait nor did the store to make amends with anything free. After waiting that long, I would’ve at LEAST thrown in a soda in hopes to restore faith in shopping at that location again. Of course, I will never spend money at store #8495. And honestly, since each location is overwhelmed because of the ongoing, continual specials, I’ll take my HARD EARNED MONEY to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s with similar specials. In case you haven’t noticed, you’re not the only one with decent pizza at a decent price.

If I could give it 0 I would this is the worst Dominoes I have ever experienced. I tried to call and was on the phone for over an hour so I decided to drive there while still on hold. Went inside and the girl was rude I saw when she took order out but I wasn’t sure it was mine. So finally after leaving it sitting there for a few minutes she decided to give it to me. Even though she knew I already paid as soon as I came in mind I was still on hold. So I got my food needless to say it was burnt it was supposed to be delivery but I guess tracker wasn’t working. Even after I got home the tracker said checking. Shut this Dominoes down!! It’s giving a bad name. I took pictures to bad I can’t post them
