waited 30 minutes for boneless wings and cheesesticks just for them to cancel my order 4 minutes before close because theres no door dasher and so i offer to pick up even after paying delivery fee and they told me i cant pick it up bc they thew it out when i called them about the cancellation literally a minute afterwords. I then ask about a refund and she got smart and said i already got it so i informed her i did not and she told me i got it “literally a minute ago” when it was cancelled mocking what i said. Whoever was on the phone had terrible customer service and now i am unable to order because they waited so late to inform me.

The manager was a pro and it’s not his fault but the store uses DoorDash. Had I known I would have never ordered delivery from them DoorDash does not show up half the time. They didn’t disappoint tonight because they did not show up.

We stopped ordering from Papa Johns months ago after our last experience. We ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it looked disgusting, just thrown together and inedible. The employees face when he handed me the box should have been a clear indicator that something was wrong but I didn’t check until I got home. I would have preferred for him to admit he didn’t know how to make that particular pizza than to hand me greasy soggy garbage and waste my money. I complained TWICE to corporate and requested a refund but received no response at all. Not even a coupon or an apology. I’ve had issues with papa John’s in the past, but last time was the LAST time.

Food was hot, soda was still ice cold, and driver was super friendly and cheerful! I wish I had gotten his name to mention him. It’s to be expected that any late night orders will include a delivery driver who is ready to go home and moping along, but his great attitude was genuinely appreciated. Our order time from being placed online to delivery was hardly 35 minutes. Food was fresh and tasty!

This individual franchise owner is not doing Papa Johns name any favors. Not my first issue with them. Problems every other order. If you’re going to run a food service business. Hair nets are required by law! No seal on my box either. Not that it would help. Hair was melted into the cheese. Probably happened while preparing. Someone with long, dark colored hair was definitely working last night!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I repeat, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Please avoid this place if you don’t want to get sick. I am an Uber Eats delivery driver, went there today to pick up food for two of my customers. If I said the place is disgusting, that would be an understatement. When I was waiting for the food, there were mosquitoes, gnats, and flies all over the place. When you walk in the front door of the establishment, there’s a bench to the left. There were tons of dead mosquitoes, flies, and gnats on the windowsill next to the bench. I do not understand why they would leave those dead bugs there instead of cleaning it up. Bugs was also flying behind the counter in the area where they make the pizzas. The walls were dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The counter was dirty, the work station was a mess.The place has a stench, and it was very unsanitary. It was so hot in there that it felt like I was in a sauna.The staff seemed to be nonchalant about it. Either they didn’t notice the bugs, or they just didn’t care. I believe they just didn’t care. Please avoid eating here if you are not planning on getting sick. This place should be closed down for cleaning. The health department should inspect this place. I’m sure they would shut it down after the inspection. Management and the franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves.
