To make it even better, the location includes a Panadería with fresh, delicious options. Customer service was excellent, and staff followed up afterward to make sure we enjoyed our meal.
An impressive spot overall — great people, great food, and a place we will definitely return to.
The star of the show? The salsa bar. This isn’t some polite lineup of mild, medium, and hot. This is a kaleidoscopic, glorious battlefield of heat and flavor. You can tell they care here.
Now, for the main event: The Burritos.
* The California is a textbook study in excess, a beautiful, handheld brick of perfectly seasoned meat and starch.
* The Carne Asada isn’t just grilled; it tastes like a memory of a backyard barbecue, smoky and real.
* And if you’re feeling poor or just smart, the Bean and Cheese is a beautiful, hefty anchor, weighing down your stomach and your wallet with minimal complaint.
This isn’t dainty food. This is food that says, “Shut up, sit down, and eat.”
Finally, the Pan Dulce. A sweet, soft kicker that sends you off with just enough sugar to remember you’re alive.
The Verdict: In an age of over-priced, under-flavored nonsense, this joint respects the contract: You pay a pittance, and they stack the plate high. It’s an honest transaction for a tremendous amount of gut-busting, essential flavor. Totally worth the detour, assuming you know the difference between food and theater.
