Worst Papa John’s I’ve been to. More than one bad experience here but the last one took the cake. Ordered a pizza here. They said it was ready. Went to pick it up. After waiting 10 min before anyone helped they tell me it will be 45-60 min until it’s ready. Only one guy seemed to be working. Another lady came from the back with an attitude. I asked her for a refund. She didn’t say a word to me. At least she gave me my money back but what a complete waste of time. Never going back here.

This used to be a good franchise but lately it has gone downhill. I ordered their new Parmesan crusted pizza week before last and it was stuck to the parchment paper so I couldn’t eat 3/4 of it. The little bit that I did eat was very good. Unfortunately the rest of it we had to throw away. I called people’s plaza Papa John’s to tell them about my experience and they said that the next time I was going to order to call them and tell them it was a quality issue and they would give me a free pizza. So tonight I called and got their national customer service who said they couldn’t help me since it was a quality issue at the store and they would have to put me through to the store. When they answered and asked me if I could hold they put me on hold for 5 minutes and never came back. I called the customer service number again and they put me through to the store and this time after about 40 rings no one ever answered. So I ended up ordering from a different Papa John’s and I’m very very very unhappy. So at this point in time I would say just order from the Bear Papa John’s since it’s not that much further away.

I live too far away for any delivery options. I was in the area and decided to stop in to make an order because it’s been forever since I’ve had my favorite pizza. It was just after 8pm and I was denied service. They told me I could get it delivered but they were not doing in store purchases. WTAF? The door was unlocked, the open sign was lit, the Google maps notifications says it is open. Fortunately, Tikka Masala would still take my money.

Do NOT order from here online. SAVE yourself a headache. If your order is taking over an hour and 30 min and it’s not on its way yet, they will NOT ever answer the phone i’ve called 20 times and waited on hold for 10 min everytime. This place is absolutely terrible and when i’ve ordered in the past the food has been nasty anyway.

The only thing worse than getting your food over a half an hour late is watching while the worker behind the counter hasn’t even made your food yet tells you one more minute every minute for a half an hour. Food said ready for pick up when I got there it wasn’t even made yet. When the workers said it was ready it was out there in view for 10 minutes as she worked on orders.
