This is twice where I ordered green peppers and didn’t get them! I better not have gotten charged which I did cause they like to take your money! I’m sick of this. The sizes are looking smaller these days also. I only get it cause it’s easy dinner. Delivery guy was nice!

I wish I could give a lower rating and I still need yet to report this situation to the health department. On December 12th, 2025, I had came in to pick up an order for DoorDash. When I got there, there was already a line of people waiting for their orders. To keep it short, everyone was very pissed off and rightfully so. I was there for over an hour … my main concern, however, is the LACK OF HYGIENE and basic safety measures that they take at this Papa John’s. I’ve never seen a food establishment so dirty and disgusting. No gloves, no hair nets, no UNIFORMS, no SHOES OR SOCKS! There were 3 people working at the time – 2 men, 1 woman – All not wearing uniforms, and one of the men wore a skirt with bare feet. I highly suggest to anyone craving pizza, to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! It’s more than just the bad customer service or food – your health and safety of you and your loved ones are at risk.

If you actually want your food, go somewhere else. We put through an order, and 2 hours later, it still was not started. Told them to cancel. Never did. Called corporate, still never got refunded. Don’t bother calling, either, as we have watched them actively avoid answering the phone and hang up on calls.

Walked in a few minutes after app stated the food was ready. Four people were standing in front of me, and they did not even start to prepare the food for anyone. They simply said no food is ready and it will be another 15-30 minutes. It took a hour more of waiting for the food to finally be ready… Difficult to even talk to anyone from the store in English. Save your self the time and trouble and go to a different store.

I have ordered from here three times over the last year. The food is never made right. They never have blue cheese or ranch for buffalo wings and the wings never have barely an buffalo sauce. Horrible.

Second time buying pizza here! Never again! Ordered extra sauce both times and barely any sauce on the pizzas.
Pizza made super fast , imo probably bc it’s not at all fresh tasting. More like thin & chewy more like a piece of leather yuck!!
Flavorless even tho it was supposed to be garlic flavored stuffed crust on one. Definitely much better pizza any place else!! Waste of money twice! Learned my lesson…

I wasnt happy at all when the order my boyfriend placed and they made us wait 35mins just for a stuffed crust pizza and they only gave us 1 and what we ordered the previous night was only 2 stuffed crust pizzas and cheesy bread and they gave us 2 regular crust I will never order from here again thats for sure

This was the very first time I’ve tried this particular Papa John’s Pizza establishment. I absolutely enjoy the papa John’s franchise pizzas and their extras. However, this particular Papa John’s completely screwed up my order, and it was a simple XtraLarge pizza.
Half plain cheese and half Hawaiian.
I walked in to pick up and received the pizza, unfortunately, not checking it before I got home. The pizza was correctly ordered and taken over the phone, and the tag on the box was correct as well, but when I opened it up with my surprise, it was without the pineapple. The funny thing was when I picked it up, the gentlemen just handed me the pizza, but I hadn’t paid for it.
So I told them I didn’t pay for it before I walked out. He rang me up, and It was paid. Nothing was said to me either about the pizza.
Normally, I wouldn’t care, but I paid for it in cash, expecting what i ordered.
I called immediately after I opened it, and I was on hold listening to their phone recording for 35-45 minutes, and believe me, they weren’t that busy. But I still haven’t spoken to anyone at the time of this review.
Well, of course my children and i ate it because it’s 7 pm and later in the evening.
I’m just not too happy.
Thinking that they screwed up making it, which is understandable, mistakes happen, no big deal but they weren’t honest enough to tell me that they forgot the pineapple when he just handed it to me without paying.
But still, I paid for an order that was not to my satisfaction. They could have just told me it was on the house because of a simple baking mistake.
For anyone getting an order from this particular Papa John’s, please double-check your order before you walk out. SMH.

We used to order from this Papa Johns when looking for a quick, cheap option for pizza. There was one occasion the order was wrong, and they made up for it by providing a coupon for a free pizza on my next visit.
Over the last year, the service and quality of the food drastically decreased. Almost every order have had in the recent months had a issue. It was not anything overly noticeable, but the orders were wrong non-the-less. Asked for extra sauce, got less sauce that regular sauce pizzas. Asked for two or three toppings, would expect even distribution and amount of all three, but they seemed to have variation in volume and distribution on the pizzas that was not typical of what I would expect. The general quality of the pizza is not as good either. Not sure if that is a function of cook time or change in the ingredients?
We haven’t ordered from here in at least a month now. I kept thinking the issue was a minor inconvenience and little slip up. It just kept happening. I’d rather pay more money and order from one of the local businesses than continue to play a game of ‘how is the pizza messed up now’. A chain like Papa Johns I would expect to have speed and consistency. If they cannot provide those things, then I’ll get better quality pizza from elsewhere.
