This is a mall coffee stand and serves great coffee and dessert. It’s next to a fountain and there are tables to sit at. The service always great. The prices super low too and coffee tastes great. It is my favorite relaxing coffee spot at the mall. Today I’m drinking a delish Raspberry dessert coffee.

Kate is not very mindful when serving the drinks. Just throws the drinks on the counter. Its a free for all. She let a lady take all the drinks on the counter. Including mine, I told the lady that was mine. She was about to drink it with the straw in and everything. Her fingers all over the straw, put it inside the drink and then the worker said it’s the same amount when I gave it to her. That’s not the point.

Hate the upcharge for blending and getting alternative milk
Edit: they keep giving me regular instead of alternative milk, even when I ask and get charged for it. Really annoying and ends up hurting me a lot, I really love the drinks but I can’t go back if this keeps happening. Went from 4 to 1 star.

To be honest the girls could be friendlier…WAY FRIENDLIER! The coffee is ok. But they give off the vibe like your bothering them. I LOVE COFFEE. I have my own station at home, but its like I’m drawn mindlessly to a coffee joint. I only gave 3★ because there IS ONE gal there who “gets it.”

Slowwww, made wrong drinks, then instead of remaking, made two orders ahead , then daughter was next and people kept getting their orders ahead of her. She finally asked where her latte was, she said, oh we don’t make them in any particular order. Wow should make them as ordered. Waiting for well over 20 minutes.
