I ordered on June 13. I ordered once, went to the store, when it’s 3pm and hours say OPEN. nobody was there. NOBODY. So I didn’t get my order. I then tried to order to a different papa johns, and accidentally ordered to this one again. There goes $70. I sent a long email explaining my frustration and got no response at all. This store quite literally scammed me. They didn’t refund me. I will make sure to have my friends review it as well. Horrible service, especially from the location manager to ignore my email.

It is a complete crapshoot on whether your food is made properly. The first few times we ordered from this location, it was mostly fantastic. The manager, John, has been great to us. He never hesitated to make things right if anything was forgotten or if the app wasn’t working, etc etc… but I’m beginning to think he must have quit recently, which would be an absolute shame.

Stopped in to grab a lunch to go. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged for multiple minutes despite being seen by the employees. We ordered the new cool ranch Padilla to try, this was the only reason we came here. The website describes it as: Flatbread-style sandwich covered with bold ranch seasoning, loaded with Doritos® Cool Ranch® Sauce, melty cheese, ripe tomatoes, onions & Philly Steak. Every time I order pizza from this location, it is wrong. Tonight, I ordered a pizza, extra garlic sauce and peppercinos. The pizza wasn’t cut, seriously, what pizzeria forgets to cut a pizza?! I didn’t receive the peppercinos, which I paid extra. Last time I ordered from them, they called me after an hour that they didn’t have a driver and i should go ahead and reorder through door dash! When you call to complain, the “manager” doesn’t understand English! This place is a joke!!
