My GOD this pizza was disgusting. I don’t remember Papa John’s tasting like this. They must have changed their recipe. I made a halfway through a slice of pizza on how to put it down. The sides were terrible too- seriously how do you mess up marinara sauce?!! There’s nothing more tragic than a terrible pizza.

I don’t know how people find problems ordering from this Papa Johns branch, I order my usual large one topping (chicken) pizza from them, for 8.49 using a coupon, one in a while and never had a problem. The pizza was done in around 12 mins, quick, friendly staff, and the pizza was delicious!

Don’t order from this store. Placed an order at 6:41pm and got a message that my order was delivered around 7:20pm. The order was not there. Called and heard that my order was left at the store and will be delivered to me promptly- LIE!! Spoke to the manager at 7:41 – he said I am going to refund your money for the inconvenience and your pizza is on its way for free. At 8:23pm, call back – still no pizza and then the manager lies and said I told you to call me back in 10 mins and now its too late – LIE!! When I told him, I recorded the call and I l called him out on the lie – silence. DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE – HORRIBLE SERVICE! MAKES PAPA JOHN LOOK HORRIBLE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! NEVER AGAIN! Apology and pizza came after review.

The guy who answered the phone was VERY rude! He had a strong accident. I WILL be reporting this to corporate. I wanted to cancel a $90 order they didn’t make and also didn’t pay for. And WHY would I pay for food after that interaction even if I changed my mind. I will never order from here again. If I could give negative stars for customer service I would. He was talking like he wanted someone to pull up. I’m not here for it. Oh I will make sure he has consequences to his actions.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for contactless delivery, one hour later I called because it app said my pizza was delivered, it was not. When I called the store I was told by a incredibly rude woman that the delivery person knocked on my door and called me three times both of which were not true as I was sitting at the door. I was then told that I would need to come to the store and pick my pizza up, when I said I’d like to cancel the order the phone was slammed down on me, when I called back the person who answered the phone just yelled your orders canceled. Last time I ever order from this restaurant. When I’m spending just short of $30.00 for one pizza I expect better service.
