I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I placed an order yesterday and my pizza was wrong so I called the store and they sent a new one and asked for the wrong pizza to be given to the driver which was weird but whatever. What really upset me was how a few hours later I got a text message from their delivery driver apologizing for my pizza being wrong and he said how he was embarrassed. I said all good not his fault and good luck. He then proceeded to start hitting on me and asked if I was single. I told him no and that he really shouldn’t take customers numbers to hit on them because it’s creepy and I called the store to report it to a manager. Couple of hours later that person’s manager called me and I repeated the conversation to them and they said if he contacted me again to reach out to them. The delivery driver text me again at 1:17am saying how he was just trying to apologize and pay me a compliment and he still hit on me even in his apology text message which was completely unnecessary and told me how he’s not a psycho killer or a stalker. That of course freaked me out even more and I called the store again today and reported it to another manager who said he’s been there for a while and he’s never done anything like this before. I feel like these three different male managers I spoke to don’t understand how freaked out I am by the fact that this guy took my personal information to hit on me and knows where I live. And then this afternoon my fiance saw him delivering pizza in my neighborhood. Therefore I can no longer order pizza from here.

I’ve ordered Papa John’s twice this week for convenience and it is the first time in years that I’ve ordered from them I have to admit they are so much better than what they used to be everything was cooked perfectly and exactly to my order I will definitely be going back the staff there is great and they are extremely friendly and helpful I hope it stays that way and you keep up the great work

I ordered two pies for delivery. When I received the pies, I noticed that one of them, a specialty Alfredo and spinach pizza with a stuffed crust, was a mess. When I opened the box, everything had slid off the pizza and into the corner of the box. It was a complete mess. I called the location to let them know, and they offered to pick up the old, sloppy pie and send a new one. Unfortunately, the second pie arrived in the same condition.

Papa John’s at this location never disappoints, I only had their meats lover pizza and as I mentioned before it was very tasty. The staff was prompt to ask me about my order, they were also funny as well. Being down to earth and personal goes a long way. Oh by the way they are at a new location which isn’t far from the previous location.

This is an excellent Papa Johns. The staff is always pleasant, and we’ve never had any issues with our orders (even when they are busy). We continue to visit this location even though there are other papa johns closer to us.

This is my second time ordering carryout, I wait for the app to tell me the food is ready. When I arrived the manager explained that the food isn’t ready. The first time was because I ordered well done wings. The second time the manager said he doesn’t know and proceeded to make my food without washing his hands. I’m not sure why he was being hands on with food and working the register at the same time. I had to ask him to remake my wings being that he drenched them in sauce and he didn’t bother to apologize. The manager needs more training on being personable along side with having some manner’s.I spent over $ 500 easily at this place within a year. I could easily go elsewhere Papa John’s already has a bad rap for ethics I see no improvement.

Let’s be honest, unless you’re hammered this is absolutely horrible pizza BUT they are open late and they always have friendly, reliable delivery drivers. We end up ordering from here for parties and late night get togethers and I don’t think this location has ever disappointed us.

My family orders from this location quite often. After probably 18 months straight we took a break because we felt our pizza started to be off and just not the same. The break served us well. This week makes week #2 and my pick up was pleasant. The delivery driver even engaged with me as I waited for my 2 pizzas. My kids love the stuffed crust and me and my partner enjoy the Brooklyn style pizza. I live in Phillipsburg NJ and always wondered if I could get delivery here because I am 3.6 miles from this papa johns Pizza. I need to find out.
