The Bagel Bros here has been very disappointing. I ordered an avacado toast and was super excited because I have loved it at other locations. When I got it, the bagel hardly had any avacado or seasoning on it and was cold, but still somehow burnt on the edges? I am extremely disappointed. EDIT: Decided to give them one more try. Even worse than the first time. My avocado bagel has maybe two very small pieces of avacado just snapped on there. never going back.

So I love Einstein Bros anywhere else but not here.
Ordered a bagel. Took me a while to get there to grab it. So it was cold. That’s my bad I realized. But it also felt not toasted at all.
So paid 4$ More to order another bagel. Put “please toast” in special instructions. When it came out it was all soft still and barely even warm. Because it came out the MOMENT I ordered it.
I politely explained the situation and she pulled out my bagel from the bag (wearing gloves) and she told me it was toasted by pointing to the slightly burnt edges. I asked “really?” And she continued to insist it was toasted. So I took my bagel and I sat down and now I’m writing this review.

The bagels are so good, also my chai tea was very good. The service was great in time even with 10 orders ahead of me. The staff was very kind. With the app Grubhub you can see the waiting list and estimated time, so you can decide whether you buy or not.

Abysmal and insulting. I went downstairs to simply get a bagel, and that bagel was ‘cut’ by slicing off a tiny sliver (truly, a sliver) of the top, and the whole rest of the bagel as the bottom half. Both were deeply burnt. How do your employees find this acceptable? This place also represents the awful turn toward digitizing everything, so you can barely speak to employees to ask a question (they were not friendly when I did). Students (and faculty!) deserve better. For shame, Einstein, that you’re making money like this, and shame on Auburn too for facilitating this super hands-off, uncaring food service. Just a gross social experience, and aggravating that I’m wasting my time writing this review, when all I wanted was a bagel. My only hope is that it steers business away.

It’s frustrating when you order a sandwich and pay extra for something added on, and then there being literally nothing different on your bagel. Like why am I paying an extra 2 bucks for more salmon if the workers are putting the exact same amount if I hadn’t paid extra? Yall need to be consistent and not rip people off

Awful experience. I love Einstein Bagels all over the country this stores customer service was horrible they canceled my order because they were out of avocado and dint even tell me left me standing there for 25 mins. They didn’t put any shmere on the bagels will not come back.

Wanting a quick bite I went here hoping to get a bagel with ham and cheese. The line was short but I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my food after ordering. After getting my food and leaving, because at this point I was late, I realized they got my order wrong. I could get better service at McDonalds. Dont go here.

I sat and waited for 45 min for a plain bagel ham and swiss sandwich. 2 groups of people went through the line after me and got their food before me. I asked twice for my bagel, they still where not even making it by the second time I asked. Never eating here again!
