I placed an advance time order for 10:36 due to me getting done with work. I placed it and thought nothing of it on my way home i was on the phone with my wife hands free she told me it was delivered needless to say i was pissed because i was still 45 mins away. They said open until 11 pm as well among these issues I’ve gotten food from this location that had onion mixed in without requesting onion. This location most likely hires anyone and thats sad this is far from better pizza.

My family ordered here for the first time in years. What a huge mistake. They don’t update the online tracking app to let you know that it’s almost ready(like dominos and Pizza Hut do). When we got it We were surprised by how bad it was, Raw dough even though we chose well done, the way it’s constructed was awful they put the toppings under the cheese so it WILL NOT stay on and didn’t cook right, no chance of crispy toppings. I have never gotten a pizza that was so bad that the entire thing went to the garbage only missing 3 bites. The bread sticks were really dense and a tad underdone, they were swimming in some kind of butter. My partner had to call them 3x before someone answered, when they did it was some rude lady that was interrupting him and being very ignorant, she started cursing and hung up- I wish it was face to face . Then he called back and spoke to another person who was professional and offered us a full refund, which was very nice because I know she didn’t have too. I wish we would have not had the entire experience. I hope this was a one off but the reviews suggest this is the norm.

Tried to order from this location the last 2 weeks. I called their number and the Papa John’s hold music played for more than 15 minutes that I waited and never talked to anyone. I tried 2 different times the last 2 weeks and not a single time did anyone answer my call. We won’t be ordering from here ever again. Learn to answer your phones. Enjoy going out of business.

Got 2 large-two topping pizzas for $25. At my local pizza place they are about $25 for a single pizza, so I was very pleased with the value. It’s a little higher in price than Little Cesar’s, but still a great value for a pretty good pizza.

I got the cupped pepperoni pizza. It was really good. It probably could’ve used another 30 to 60 seconds in the oven but that’s just my opinion. The staff was great and the place was clean. Just wish it was in a more convenient location traffic wise.

SAT MARCH 9 I held on the phone 3 times for someone to answer me. A total of 30 minutes. I ask when I got the the store was no one answering the phone tonight. They answered me smartly we’re really busy. I asked why they couldn’t answer the phone and tell someone that. There was atleast 7 people in the store and 1 delivery guy leaving. The one lady who would not answer me when I ask was she the manager, was telling me to leave and threw her hand up as to ( talk to the hand).

For one thing we had a issue so we didn’t want to put it out there thinking it would be resolved or at least even a email back saying there apologies but absolutely nothing. We contacted corporate office they had the info we sent to them on record they read it back to us stating it will be escalated and we would hear back in 48 hours so we heard nothing. called back the lady gets on very nice says she was sorry offers 25percent off of menu price plus what ever is done after this issue is resolved no problem. I called back again still nothing I have everything documented if it even matters either way it’s ashame cause the Pizza is great but when a issue arises they seem to ignore it. I’m hoping it’s just in the Uniontown area and not all over. Maybe there not just getting it don’t know just frustrating.
