I’ve place an online order for pick up. Got to the store. There’s was a large crowd in the back who was obviously not employees, I was not greeted well. One individual walked up to me who seems like he didn’t even know how to take my order information. Was just all over place. I went to go pay for my pizza with a $100 bill the gentleman sitting in the back of the room saying they don’t accept $100 bills. So therefore I walked out leaving my food.. I wish they mentioned that on the website before I placed my order. But it’s okay I’m glad I had this experience, because from the moment I walk-in the store I wanted to change my mind for ordering to begin with…. Thanks for nothing, I was very skeptical on ordering papa John’s again for whatever reasons. Now I know why. Walk my lil self right to DOMINOS across the street.

Omg my first time ordering and I have been extremely sick ever since lunch. My six year old has been vomiting for hours. Cinnamon pull aparts and pepperoni pizzas was what I ordered.

I’m deeply sad reading all the previous reviews as before this big cooperation brought and renovated this location, this was a well loved authentic Italian pizzeria that i was going to since i was a baby. RIP to the previous owner, Being a Italian Grandma, she died from Covid-19 during the pandemic, her sons the inherited the place couldn’t afford to keep the place open sadly. Now we got this stupid Papa’s Johns here and they don’t even make good Papa John’s pizza. Your better off going to the Little Ceasers or even better the dominos just a block or two away

I ordered online for pickup so the website said it was ready so I sent my boyfriend to pick it up my order was not ready it wasn’t even being made they must of rushed thru this order because the chicken wings were not even cooking all the way the pizza was under cooked the worker was on her personal phone the whole time i will definitely not be coming back here

Customer service is ridiculous had a 4 minute conversation with an Indian man and he told me its ok if I buy the cheese pizza buy one get one free through uber and pay EXTRA for a topping pepperoni, can it be on only one pizza that Im paying for he goes. OK, just call back and confirm with them. I placed the order and I called back to confirm, and he acts as if he doesn’t know what Im talking about and we never spoke. But I have a call log with the same exact number for this location with the time we spent on the phone. The manager is telling me they already made the pepperoni and its in the oven. HOW do you have my pizza in the oven under a minute??? TWO MEDIUM

This location the walk-in service is horrible. I walked put in my order but a lady at the counter only ignore me while standing for good 15 minutes wait on her to finish her phone order. While other staff came to the register doing other things, without asking me if I can take your order just totally ignoring me. But after leaving the restaurant that’s when she came off the phone, to serve someone who came to pick up their food which you can see in the picture. I was not rude or disrespectful i stood there and waiting on her patiently. So i left after experiencing how they treat some of their customers. But or than that; Papa John’s Pizza is not bad at all. But this location the staff need to be retrained on good customer service.

I’m only giving a 5 star, only because of Ms. Rita. She’s a very nice hard working person. Why do you guys have her picking up phone calls, taking orders and making food ALL BY HERSELF!!! That’s abuse! You guys should hire extra people working there. She’s doing 3 people job. She should get a bonus and a raise. You guys are over working this lady. I’m not buying there again until I see she gets the help she deserves! Oct 31, 2025 update review. I was there after a long time of not going back. The only improvement that was done was they have alot of people working there now. But what I seen was nastiness!!! Let me start from the front to the back. Cashier dealing with customers, then without her sanitizing her hands she turned around and make boxes. Delivery men coming and touching the handle of what they put the chicken and move it from one place to another. A lady with a pony tail and bang scratching behind her head and not washing her hands that was doing boxes, then doing food. The man with the army green shirt was by his desk doing something, then next thing he’s doing food without sanitizing his hands. The last guy at the end doing the dough. Took his shirt and was wiping his nose with his red shirt, then continue to do the dough. My goodness and they pass inspection??? The big management need to look on the videos and give all of them proper food/ hygiene training. I will definitely never come back to this place. It gross me out!!! I wanted to video them so bad but you guys already have the video footage. It’s January 9, 2026 I said I wasn’t back, then I did again just now. I don’t how this place got a A. Very unsanitary in there. I had to cancel order. Just look at your cameras and see what’s going in there!

I have been a customer for many years at their old location. The staff is different at the new location but they’re respectful and customer friendly. The store is clean and it’s nice visiting there. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but the prices are good that’s why I keep going back . There was an issue with my order and upon getting home that’s when I realized it. I called the store and being that I was unable to go back to the store to rectify the issue, AMAZING Papa Johns sent out a delivery guy to bring me a replacement order. I was so blown away and happy about that, my kids got their dinner They got me as a customer for life. Good work Papa Johns.

I just ordered a pizza at 5:36 I didn’t get the food after two hours and when I called the guy lied !!!!! And said the driver left called again spoke to the manager the pizza didn’t leave til now smh. WHEN I GOT MY PIZZA AT 9:27 IT WAS COLD AND THE MANAGER THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO HOURS FOR ANOTHER PIZZA !!!! HE CALLS TTHIS RUSHED PIZZA COLD ANS CHICKEN MISSING FROM MY PIZZA !!! DONT KNOW WHERE THE DELIVERY GUY WAS AT WITH MY FOOD
