Solid pizza, but service needs attention
The pizza here is consistently great—always hot, flavorful, and satisfying, which keeps me coming back.
That said, the service could use some improvement. During a recent visit when I was the only customer in the store, the staff continued focusing on tasks like putting stickers on boxes instead of immediately greeting or taking my order. It felt like the priority wasn’t on attending to the customer right away, which made the experience a bit frustrating.
I understand staff have multiple responsibilities, but in a quiet moment like that, a quick acknowledgment or prompt service makes a big difference. With the food being reliably good, better front-of-house attention would take this place from solid to excellent.
Overall, I’d still recommend it for the pizza, but hope they can polish up the welcome for walk-ins.

Very subpar undercooked food. We got the garlic stuffed cheese pizza with spicy sausage and pepperoni. Wasted some 31$ for the undercooked pizza. There was hardly any cheese in the stuffed crust. It had raw dough at places and some parts were burnt.
We also got the chicken wings which tasted better but were so tiny in size that it was not worth the money.

Gets the job done when you’re hungry. Don’t compare to coal fired or brick oven pizza but what do you expect for $13.99 large pie with 5 toppings.

Delivery came late, instructions to leave by door & driver ended up calling and having me come to door to pick it up. Not the most horrible thing in the world or if that is standard for Papa John’s, but I was in the middle of working and had to drop what I was doing to answer when a simple text or e-mail would have alerted me to it being delivered and at the door.

What a waste of money? A new guy working by himself on the store and doesn’t even know how to slice the pizza, let alone cooking it.

The customer service is horrible. When you are picking up your order, you ask to give ur order, but they just look at you and don’t answer. Extremely DISRESPECTFUL. Took half of my time. Horrible service.

We gave this store multiple opportunities before we gave a bad review. Today has been the worst service. Ordered 2 pies, bone-in chicken wings and garlic knots. The toppings look like it was thrown into the air and had it land on the pizza. It was cooked so fast the bottom was burnt and the toppings were raw. When I told them I ordered the wings they said they don’t have. The wings were replaced without my knowledge into boneless wings that were so dry. I’m sick of the service they provide and how they treat people. My last and final time eating here. I would highly discourage anyone to ever order from here.
