I waited 3 hours for a pizza. Three. Hours. That is completely unacceptable.
No updates. No call back. The manager refused to answer the phone. This is beyond poor customer service — it’s straight up disrespectful.
If you can’t handle orders, stop taking them. I expect this to be addressed immediately.

So far so good. Management works with you very well if anything goes wrong. It is a busy spot so you should keep that in mind. That is not a bad thing, that just means you should speak out and speak up if something is not perfect. They are good people, they make things right. 9.5/10 orders are perfect. If not, management addresses it, just call the store.

Order is simple Large Stuffed Crust with half pineapple.
I got a regular crust large pizza half pepperoni…. Had i didn’t pay the extra $3 for the stuffed crust i would have just accepted the negligence. But this is just blatant ignorance.

We went for a quick take out, the 10 inch gluten free crust veggie pizza was tasty. They prepared it within 10 minutes of us placing the order. It’s not gourmet pizza, standard Papa John’s and this location does a good job.
