This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Papa John’s. I was told it would take 2½–3 hours for ONE pizza. After waiting the full 3 hours, I called — and was told “it’s on the way in 15 minutes.”
On top of that, every single time I called, they placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I spent over an hour and a half trying to reach someone and nobody bothered to answer.
Completely unacceptable. Zero communication, zero respect for customers, and terrible management. I will never order from this location again.

A few weeks ago, my friends and I ordered a pizza at approximately 8:30PM. For delivery, it would be 1 hour, which is fine. At 10PM, our food had not arrived, but the website said it was out for delivery at 9:30PM. I called the store and spoke with the manager. I asked the manager if he had an estimated time of arrival since I only live 5 minutes away from the store. His exact words of pure professionalism were “nah bro”. Never have I thought that a manager would exemplify professionalism as such (please take note of the sarcasm). At 11PM, I got a call from another star professional of this establishment who said verbatim “yo, your pizza’s here”.
I’m gonna go to a different papa John’s to order food since clearly, management and it’s fine employees have been trained to speak to the public as such.
