The guy taking my order was not paying any attention and messed up everything I ordered. When I told him he messed up he said no it was my fault and just moved on to the next customer. I ordered 2 pizzas he charged me for 3 and they were all wrong 0/3!!! I hope they find people better at customer service because that guy sucked and then some!!

I went here on monday 10/20/2025 and me and my friend ordered 2 orders of pizza bites and 1 order of garlic knots. They told us it would be a 10 minute wait so in the meantime we went to the lucky 7 to get some drinks, which took about 10 minutes. When we got back we had to wait another 10 minutes and we only had gotten 1 order of pizza bites. We decided we’d share the pizza bites but we had to reorder the garlic knots after already paying for them?? So we had to wait another 20 minutes for those. We waited a total of 40 minutes when they said it’d only be 10. AND we never got one of the orders of pizza bites?? This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Would not recommend this place.

Been ordering here for over 5 years now, WAS always great. Now the food isn’t done right and the owner that works the register and phone has a serious attitude problem. When I called to complain about the food, he was considering and has an attitude saying it’s suppose to be that way. When I tried to give another chance, as I have been going here for a long time with no problem, when I went in no greeting from the counter person and completely treated like I was an inconvenience. No thank you have a nice day nothing. I will not be ordering here again and will never recommend this location

First I ordered online. Once I got to the store to pick up my order they said they never received my order and to check to make sure I was at the right location. I showed the the confirmation message, I showed them that this was the right location and I also showed them that I paid and also the money was taken out of my bank account. That took another 30 minutes. After all that they still didn’t believe me and had me call the customer service number, I did. The customer service rep told them to make my pizza because they could see my order. That was another 10 minutes. After all that I was just ready to get my money back and leave but we had been waiting so long we just decided to wait till it was done. Once we got home and started to eat, we were very disappointed! The pizza was disgusting! And I usually love papa johns. I Will not be going back to this location. The male owner was very rude. However the female owner was very sweet and I appreciate her great service! Overall this was a terrible experience and the food was very bad. I literally ordered just cheese pizza. I’m not sure how you could mess that up. I paid almost $30, I should’ve just went with my gut and got my money back and went somewhere else.

Owner tried to blame it on the delivery drive r that they forgot our sauce for our pizza bread when the sauce is sealed inside the box and not the side. Owner didn’t want to fess up on the error or try to rectify it. So if your order is wrong don’t bother calling in.

Who was wonderful but service was very poor. When we ask, can we get some plates to go with the pizza? We were given two plates. , And we had an XL New York style pizza very heavy!!
