I was skeptical to order because I hate trying new places. My neighbors order all the time from PJ. I decided to give it a try. They exceeded my expectations hot delivery pizzas were excellent and bread sticks were so soft. It was more than I would normally spend on pizza but worth it. I will order again. Thank you.

I ordered a pizza and asked for well done . Normally it comes out perfectly crispy (not that chewy like crust) this time it came out burnt. So I called the store completely nice because I work customer service myself for a living and told them “ Hey the pizza is burnt , can you remake it. I’ll bring back the original pizza, if it makes it easier for you I’ll just take a plain cheese pizza “ the guy working there demands that I send him a picture. No problem. He told me to send the picture to his personal cellphone number. He begins texting me reminding me of what I paid compared to how much the pizza would have been and that the order half of pizza is fine so he will give me a 25% discount. So I let him know that I’m not one of those people looking for a freebie you can have the pizza back and just give me a plain pizza with no toppings I just have to feed my kid . Then he continues to text me saying ” that what it seems like today” so I’m assuming he’s being smart and telling me I’m looking for a freebie . LOL am I the only one that sees this as unprofessional and crazy?

I ordered delivery through Papa John’s. I ordered for myself. Toppings were high on my half. Delicious. Delivery guy was polite. I wasn’t concerned about when I received, so I put is ASAP, it was hot. I am satisfied.

Ordered a thin crust Pizza $19.99, cheese, pepperoni and green peppers. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Hardly had any cheese and none of the toppings were tasty, if you could find them on the Pizza. Not even close to hot when I picked it up. In fact barely warm. I ordered it from around the corner. Crust was very dry. Honestly I don’t see how this place can even compete with all the pizza places around. I won’t go back even though I’ve had their small regular crust pizzas which are not bad. Also ordered the wings. Yuk!

Put an online order in the customer next to me even waited over 40 min and I waited with my two kids in the car for our order he never made either one of them. His attitude is rude and this isn’t the first post about him but sadly customer next to me said nothing has been done. He continued to talk about how he is an influencer and he carried Jesuses cross and also he’s a local celebrity from atilas gym for losing the most weight. I just wanted my food, maybe throw in some free wings and call it a day. I had to firmly say I didn’t want to talk to him anymore because he just kept going looking to argue. Lastly he claimed he was on the phone with the owner and that’s why he couldn’t do his job for the customers.

After two Papa John’s location opened in locations that seemed doomed (imho) and subsequently closed (unsurprisingly) in the past decade or so, there is finally a new PJ in a well lit high traffic area that is convenient to many people. And its also near a national pizza chain known for their iconic red roof (our is now brown 🙁 these days) and another that was formerly known for 29minutes and 59seconds or less (and avoid the Noid).
Today we drove by and finally they are open. Bought two medium pies and bownies. The Brownies were fine, tasted just like the ones from “red roof” that we had a new nights ago (when we thought PJ would be open – based on an employee outside saying as much last week – but then they were not open just yet .. so bought pizza at the competition). The 12″ mediums seems a little small. Didn’t quite fill the box like they should. Probably needed to be stretched out some more. The Extra Cheese pie didn’t seem all that “extra” cheesy. And the mushroom and pepperoni pie didn’t seem to have pepperoni. Then I discovered a thin, sparse layer hiding under the cheese. I guess they didn’t want to draw attention to how little pepperoni they used. I couldn’t taste it, but at least it wasn’t greasy.
But the beef with the order (other than the smallness) was the big air bubble. One slice (which was cut small to begin with) had basically no sauce or cheese on it. Air bubbles do happen but knowing people that have worked in the pizza biz had told me long ago how you can watch out for this as the pies bake. They even had a long wooden stick (like a broom handle) with a pointy thing on the end to pop bubbles. Too bad PJ doesn’t or hasn’t trained their new staff. Hopefully things will improve. But as for now, I’ll keep getting my pizza elsewhere and wait a month or two (or three) for the dust to settle.

Very clean inside. Location is in good spot. Staff looked miserable lol. But food was great. I would not eat in here, recommended just take out. Food was made fast but they do get a lot of business

A little after 8pm 5-15-25 I had a simple order of garlic knots that were dry, unfortunately. I witnessed an associate attempting to carry multiple trays of the pre-made dough rounds, but two trays slipped out of his hands along with their cap on top of the dough rounds. He put his cap back on his head before picking up all the dough rounds off the floor and putting them back on the tray all while the second associate watched before they put it into the walk-in fridge. I won’t be going here again. Hopefully, none of those ends up on your table.
