My husband was picking up an order. 3 other people came in after him and they were served. The lady didn’t even acknowledge my husband. When my husband ask for the food she was very rude and stated he had to wait about 20 more minutes. But on my phone it stated my order was done. He just canceled the order when he called to speak to a manager they hung up on him. I refuse to go back to that place.

Becareful Becareful Becareful with this location. They tend to try to overcharge you if you’re not paying close attention. I literally order the same food everytime I order. A few times I had it delivered, but 1 time I went into the store. The price was a difference of almost $20. I understand that there’s tax and delivery fees, but not $20 worth. I’ll order 10 inch cheesy bread with garlic sauce and boneless chicken wings barbecue. I did not get my cheesy bread. I got a cheese pizza and I got some nuggets with a little bit of barbecue sauce. Sprinkle on them call the place in Pennsauken they were supposed to send me out my correct order, it took him three hours to bring it to me. Terrible. I called from the parking lot to place my order and no answer after a few minutes so I walked inside with my phone still ringing only to find everyone that works there standing around and looking lost. And to make things worse not one of the workers acknowledged me just looked at me and didn’t say anything so I walked out. Service is just as bad as every other fast food place in pennsauken.

Ordered a large cheese pizza 20 minutes ahead of arrival, got there and was told to wait another 20 minutes, when I was told it would be 10 minutes when I called, ended up waiting close to an hour for my order, then was told to give them a tip afterwards, as soon as I opened my large cheese pizza box to eat, the pizza was cut up in many different weird sizes and was cold and overcooked, I will not be going to this Papa Johns again.

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO HIRE MORE STAFF IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYTIME I MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER ( cause nobody ever pick up the phone ) IT NEVER COMES WHEN SUPPOSED TO !
