I have ordered from this papa john’s in the past and it was lovely. However, I don’t know what has changed but for the past couple of months up to almost a year their food has been horrible. My family got sick from their food because the pizza is not fully cooked and they don’t get my order right. They must have blocked my number or something because anytime I call from my phone it hangs up, but if I call from another number it goes through. Weird. Anyhow, I would NOT recommend ordering from them unless you want food poisoning :/. The pizza in the photos is not cooked and ones supposed to be sausage and the other pepperoni, as you can see it’s not what I ordered.

1st, I ordered 10 boneless wings, got 6 boneless wings. Apparently that can’t count or can’t identify boneless. 2nd, they charge 5 dollars delivery fee but claim drivers don’t get the money. 3rd an Uber eats driver delivered my food. Good bye Papa John’s.

I ordered extra-large pizza, received tiny slices. Even smaller than previous medium order I ordered a few weeks ago. Extremely disappointing experience.
When I went to call the restaurant, I attempted to explain my concern and was immediately transferred (I didn’t even finish my sentence) to customer support. From which I had waited on the phone for 20 minutes, then the call disconnected.
Terrible experience, would not recommend eating at Papa Johns in Somerdale, New Jersey.

Papa John is trying to kill me! I ordered 2 plain pizzas and when my daughter took a bite there were pieces of sausage buried underneath the cheese! I am highly allergic! The cheese must be dirty for this to of happened. I called them numerous times with no answer! I will NEVER order from them again!

Wings were small and shriveled. Sauce just drizzled on top. I’m pretty sure that isn’t what papa John’s had in mind. Gave me one order of BBQ wings. The label said buffalo. Good thing we like bbq. It’s really not that hard!

I have already submitted this to the complaint website for papa John’s but they would not let me submit this whole thing, nor the pictures, so that’s why I am coming to here. I contacted the somerdale papa johns and wanted to place an order for pickup but they had told me they could only give me delivery because of how close it was to closing time (they close at 12). I felt like it was odd to close pick up before delivery, but They told me because of this they could give me a discount which amounted to $6.44. They asked me my payment method and I told them cash and they said the drive carry’s 20$ so he’d only be able to give me change in that way I said ok. I called back 10 minutes later because I decided I wanted to change my payment method to card. I called about 10 times and the people who answered the phone (tech team that takes orders and sends them to my local restaurant) would try to connect me to the somerdale papa johns but no one answers. The phone would ring to no end. Finally I decided ok I will just pay with cash. The driver comes and I give the driver a 50 and I said just give me 20$ back (giving the driver a 5$ tip). The driver says he has to go to his car to get the change. He comes back and since it was cold he ran right back to his car and not giving me a chance to count it. When I counted the driver has only given me back 18$. It could’ve been a mistake, but after all I had went through not being able to get in touch with anyone at this store, this sent me over the edge. The pizza was fine, our other items looked burnt and cold and tasted like they’d been out all day. To make this even worse, the people who ate the pizza and items we’d ordered, had gotten sick an hour later. Clearly it was stale old leftover food we had gotten. To make things even worse, today I called my local papa johns and again no one answers. I called costumer service line and no one could get in touch with the somerdale papa johns. I am completely upset and disgusted at how this is being handled. I have attached pictures below, I know the advertised picture never looks like what you actually get, but you can tell how stale these were. They were on the verge of being rock hard when they arrived to me.

Absolutely horrendous!! Ordered two pizzas and the cheese sticks for delivery got it and it’s was a complete mess! Go to call the store to ask for the order to be resent… I called 6 times and no answer!!!! I’ve had issues with this store previously but everyone has off days. This however is completely unacceptable with the amount of money spent and the pizza is destroyed upon arrival!!!

Ordered 2 large pizzas. One half pepperoni/bacon the other half steak/pepperoni (I know I could have gotten 1 full pepperoni ♀️)…..both pizzas had basically no toppings on them, they wereso scarce. I didn’t call because the family was hungry and didn’t want to wait for a replacement. I don’t think we’ll order from them again.
