Hwy 55 means do 55 while you’re driving past it. I got cheesesteak with fries/tots and a cookie dough milkshake. I placed the order online so it would be ready when I got there. I gave them 5 minutes past time I was expected to pick up my order. Order was supposed to be ready at 3:09P. It wasn’t ready until 3:22P. What’s the point of ordering online if I have to wait just as long? I think they’re missing the plot. The fries are old and stale. The tots are old and stale also. The bread is dry and stale. At least my milkshake wasnt melted. What is happening here? Drive the extra 100 yards and go to taco bell. This place isn’t it. Sorry.

My first time at this establishment. I was the only car in the drive thru and didn’t see any others in the parking lot at all. I placed my order, waited at least 15 minutes. When I got back to work to eat, I opened the box and the fries looked like they had been sitting in pot of oil for weeks and tasted the same. The sandwich wasn’t bad, but my first and last experience at this place.

I paid $44+ for 3 burgers and 3 sides. I wasn’t given a receipt, I asked about it and the young girl said she couldn’t print it out. My order was wrong, it absolutely looked horrible and tasted worse, the onion rings were as hard as Funyuns, and there were old fried shrimp in the onion rings. I wouldn’t mind spending the money if the food would have been better and I actually got what I actually wanted.
Edit: I attempted to call the restaurant, there isn’t a number listed and you have no option rather than email to company.

I’m not going to lie. We went here with pretty low expectations. it didn’t seem like anyone was in the parking lot and apparently the reviews say the food is horrible and the service is awful and the place is bad but it’s not! This little place is as good as any other fast food joint if not better. the fries were hot. the burger and cheesesteak were very good. pretty high quality for a little fast food joint. not real sure why no one’s here and the service seemed friendly! maybe you’re all crazy…

The moose sandwich is amazing. But the cheese on the fries was cold. And the coleslaw the manager looked at me like I was lying when I said I had ordered one. The waitress didn’t know how to add it so he had to show her. It was not good either

I wanted to rate it higher, but the service was lacking unfortunately. The servers did not communicate between each other properly to know which table has ordered and who hasn’t even been welcomed. The table that came in at least 5 minutes after us were welcomed, ordered, ate, and paid before we even had the chance to order. Another table that came in about 7 minutes after received food before we ordered. The manager had to tell someone to take our table for them to acknowledge us. I came here hoping to prove the reviews wrong, but I was disappointed. Hopefully it gets better as the newness dies down.
As for the food, it was okay! My friend liked the food and said it was okay. I don’t think it was objectively bad, but it wasn’t my favorite. So just a person preference. I’m a texture eater, and the cheesesteak and tots had an odd texture I didn’t like. Again, just a personal preference.
Overall, the staff is friendly and you can tell they are trying. I think the pressure of it being new and busy is tough on the waiters which is understandable. I won’t fault them for that at all. I think this place has potential to be good, it’ll just take time for them to learn and adjust, and for the newness to subside.

Out of Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Tables not clean. Staff friendly. Atmosphere seems a little thrown together. Not sure if it was suppose to be retro or what (small pictures populate the walls, similar to signs purchased at Hobby Lobby. Bare cement floor seems odd for a restaurant. Food was fine. Overall, left underwhelmed. There are better local choices. Someone did ask how the meal was and we politely shared our experience and they did comp the meal and provide coupons for free shake and hamburgers. Kudos to the management team for listening.

My husband & and decided to try this Hwy.55 and we ordered through the drive thru. We received our food, then after a few minutes one milk shake, then told to move ahead for our second milk shake. My husband ended up getting out of the car and they had not started making the shake. By time we got home ( 5 min) my fries & his tater tots were completely soggy, not edible even. The loaded Philly cheese steak sandwiches were delicious. A young team perhaps needs to communicate with one another to get the orders out with all items together.

5 people in our party. None of us got exactly what was ordered. Kitchen Staff joking around and turning out an inferior product. Some guy showed up with a pew pew on his hip and started running the kitchen, dude had his shirt unbuttoned way to far to be around food!
