Horrible customer service. The manager there has a disgusting attitude. If you want quality service do not go here. I simply asked why was there only about 5 pepperoni on the pizza and was told but one of the workers that it was under the cheese. Who puts pepperoni under cheese. You all need proper training on how to make pizza. If a customer pays for a pizza it should have ample amount of toppings. I did not make a issue but he said “that’s how we do it”. I was going to pay extra for more pepperoni and to cook the pizza longer because the pizza was so thin that the cheese was falling off. He proceeded to give me a refund instead of simple cooking it longer and putting extra pepperoni. If you can’t work with the customers then you should not be working in what should be a customer friendly environment. I was not rude at all I just wanted more pepperoni. What is wrong with people these days you can’t ask for something without there being an attitude.

My close friend ordered from here for a delivery. She lives in a apartment complex and she could not find a delivery guy that had delivered her order. Once she met up with the guy, the guy had said Profanity language and called her disrespectful names. Which is very cruel. The delivery is a Old Mexican Male.

Do not order here. I ordered online and never received my order I call them to track my order and they say they never got an order from me but my card was charged $35. So then I’m angrily waiting for a refund. Days later I’m still craving papa johns so I decided to go in person since when I ordered online somehow they never received my order (mind you I still didn’t get my refund) I tried to order two medium pies and they said I have to order online. I was completely disgusted by this place and the customer service I had to just walk out. The frustration is real and I never got my papa John’s. Not worth the stress

Always hot and fresh food here. Team is on-point with production, carry out and delivery service. The Papa John’s facility is VERY clean (despite some of the other businesses in the area). Only issue is the bumpy parking lot which needs repaving. Certainly not the fault of the facility, since they are commercial tenants AND doing a terrific job!

I’ve been ordering from this location for the past 4-5 years and I’ve only had issues with them twice. I always receive my food within the estimated time, one time it came early, and the delivery drivers are friendly. The food is good and cooked well (only once have I had an issue where the food was overcooked). I’ve been to the location personally and it looked sanitary and well kept. I will continue to order from them.

Don’t order from this Papa Johns. The delivery driver was very rude to me and refused to deliver my pizza to my door and stayed in his car and has done so on multiple occasions. He made me walk down the street to recieve my pizza and if I didn’t have shoes on he would threaten to drive away.

This place is ridiculous! Inconsiderate! and the delivery persons are RUDE! I placed ordered last night for my family. My order was delivered to the wrong building. The person who received my order called me because my number was on the box and said we have the same apartment number but I’m in the building across the street! Called the store and asked for NEW order they sent a new order when the new delivery person came to deliver my order he called me yelling he’s been waiting downstairs for 5 min and needed to come get my order. I told him I have an infant and can’t come downstairs and he responded saying he does not care he is NOT bringing my order up and I needed to come get it. Called the store to complain again and NOTHING till now I have not received my order credit for the order paid for nothing.
