Did the negative reviews from past years change the outlook of this particular Papa John’s? The last few times I’ve ordered from here, there has been no issue at all, plus the order was always on time. Pizza is good, and while in other places the brownie has been a problem, it was perfect the last few times. Maybe they’ve turned over a new leaf. Let’s see if Papa John’s North Bergen can stay consistent.

I do not understand how they can allow this to happen gentlemen you have to be more considering with the customers this is unacceptable, this lady uses her phone as if she were in her house on top of the ingredients she made my pizza with the phone in her hand because she was in video call she finished my pizza and continued with her call I think she forgets that she is working and the manager who tones the orders sees her and does not tell her anything this makes the store look very bad and not go back to buy more there.

Horrible, customer service. When calling the actual store number, you get routed to a call center that does the opposite of trying to assist you . After staying on the phone for 15 minutes, I was hung up on. Completely unprofessional service.

The truth seems very unpleasant to me, that a person who is handling food is with his cell phone hand and at the same time ingredients, it is not the first time I see this lady doing this, and not to tell the gentleman to take orders if he himself sees what he is doing goes and greets the person he is talking to by video called, People like this should not work in a food establishment and the most comical of all that he puts on gloves but does not take them away to use I was there for about 20 minutes and did not let go of the phone in the same meek that I had on the phone I had the peperonis what I was putting on the pizza that unpleasant the truth.

The customer service is good. The FOOD SUCKS. I used to order pizza and wings once a week or more NOT ANYMORE. They changed the management, or the cook or both. I’ve tried 3x still get the same result dried up pizza that I chipped a tooth on, and wings that taste like they been sitting on the counter for days. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD TRY ANOTHER PLACE. THIS PLACE SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN. ITS HORRIBLE FOOD.

Need to check orders better, bought a pizza and was not even well cooked, I called 20 mins after starting to eat my pizza because of this and spoke to an unprofessional staff supposedly name Steven Juan “Juan” laughing and saying that it is impossible that the pizza is partially cooked. Like, I don’t need to lie, if I’m calling is because there or something wrong he told to bring the pizza to the store so they can give me a new one. Partially Raw pie, taste horrible.

I personally haven’t had a bad experience! Pizzas’ always good! To be quite honest, reading all these bad reviews just sound so absurd and have no logic lol. Goes to show you people will complain for anything! If you’re not having a good experience with a restaurant, don’t order from there again and save yourself the trouble. And if you’re gonna put a review, make sure you tell the whole story. Overall, LOVE ordering from here!!
