Excellent and convenient place to order your pizza and sides via app; pick up and go. There are only a few chairs and one table to eat in if that’s what you’d like to do. For “fast food” pizza, Papa John’s is generally much better than Pizza Hut. Papa John’s app is also super well-developed.

I ordered from Uber Eats a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni toppings and a “buy one get one free” offer. I was charged for two pizzas and received them with neither extra cheese nor pepperoni. They were lukewarm at best and about as good as the $1.50 slices in the city. Never again.

Customer service is awful. Order arrived without drinks. No problem, people make mistakes. I asked the driver to just bring the drinks that had been paid for on his next trip out from the store. Waited an hour and a half- nothing. Called the store, requested a refund and we had a show to catch and had to go ahead and order from somewhere that could get food to us so we could have dinner before we left. Called and kindly explained to the store just to refund the order since the driver never came back. Associate transferred me to the assistant manager whose first words were “what’s your problem?” I explained again that I understood the driver forgot the drinks and had told him just to bring them on his next trip out but after an hour and a half we ordered another meal since we needed to leave. Never an apology, never an offer to fix it. Nope. People make mistakes, that is no big deal, but customers service was awful and I was treated as the problem for wanting the meal I paid for. Best I got, since we typically order weekly was that they would send me a “free” drink next time. Absolutely could not grasp that it wasn’t “free” when I had paid for it and never received it this time. Pizza night should be easy- save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else.

I was quite disappointed with the pizza I received. I had specifically ordered a New York-style base, but what I got was far from that. The base was overly heavy, salty, and lacked the light, crisp texture typical of New York-style pizza.

What an amazing staff. We showed up at 7:30 pm on a Friday night with a busload of hungry kids. The cranked out 12 pizzas in record time. I am so grateful to this place and their staff!!!

Found hair in pizza. First my kids got few strands and complained. I had a pizza and got hair strands in my slice too . Had to toss away lost our appetite after that. Zero stars from me.
