Delivery guy did his job, but the pizza was pitiful. There was barely any sauce muchless extra. The toppings were none existent. Each slice was luck if it had half a pepperoni and forget about it being deli style. There may have been a tsp size of any of the other toppings on the entire pizza i.e. mushrooms, onions, green peppers, or black olives. What would I have gotten with the $9.99 game day pizza? I paid
$30.50 for one pizza to get what I wanted on it.

Absolutely disgusting. First and last time ordering from here. Pizza had zero flavor and the price for it was absurd. Who would pay 30 dollars for JUST a pizza. 3/10 and thats being generous. Would not recommend. Their epic stuffed crust is a joke because its barely stuffed. Get better pizza at a local pizza joint.

Ordered from Papa John’s as an easy dinner alternative after surgery, and I’m absolutely irritated and disappointed by the excuse for a pizza that arrived. Tipped the delivery girl nicely for bringing it to my door since I couldn’t meet her downstairs. When she called upon arrival, I heard her fumbling with the box but assumed it was just the phone against the delivery bag. Turns out she dropped and fumbled my pizza before handing it over without mentioning it, which is disgraceful.
Called the shop, and they agreed to send another pizza, but it arrived cold and not properly assembled even though the shop is only six minutes away. Attached a photo showing the pizza folding in half with soggy, falling-off toppings. I’m unwell and needed to rest, so I had no choice but to eat this $35 large stuffed crust pizza in subpar condition. Papa John’s needs to do better.

I ordered a delivery for lunch before I went into work, delivery did take 1 hour and the store is only 4 minutes away by car. My food arrived and I opened the breadsticks and I had no words, who would okay for these to be sent out. I was so disappointed ( the breadsticks were burnt and hard not edible at ALL )This location I never had a problem with. The pizza was very doughy and just a mess. I called the store and the person said the store manager would get back to me in 15 minutes I never received a call back. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.

I would like to start off by saying these people that work here are the epitome of rude. They might not care that I wrote this review but oh well. They have the worse wait times in history. They are either on their phones and sitting around. How they don’t know they have an order to do is beyond me. Every time they tell me it’s in the oven or they are boxing. Don’t believe it. I waited 40 minutes for an uber eats order. The time before that I waited a long time. And the time before that I waited a long time. Than they are rude about asking questions about the order. They honestly need to be shut down or a business like this needs to hire better staff. The place seems old and dinghy. And it seems like nobody knows what’s going on. Them taking to long affects people from doing what they have to do so completing a goal. I was first hesitant on taking the order and should have trusted my gut because I could have done other things with my life then be here and get lied to. I hope they figure it out.

Uncooked pizza crust. Had gotten stuffed crust. Employees were extremely rude, first denied as if I was eating pizza for the first time in my life and don’t know what uncooked dough looks like. I sent proof and in the end was still denied a refund.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. The attached picture is of a “make your own” pizza which costed $35 including taxes and tip. Two of the toppings I ordered ie: Pepperoni and extra cheese weren’t even added. Really disappointed with their service.
