Food: I ordered the pan-fried dumplings and the beef ramen. The dumplings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The beef ramen was rich and comforting, with a flavorful broth and tender beef that paired well with the noodles. Portions were huge, everything tasted fresh, and overall it’s a solid spot for ramen that I’d definitely come back to.
Service: Service was quick and friendly! I recommend trying this restaurant.
Selected Japanese curry base, slowly simmered to bring out a rich flavor. Special addition of coconut milk to balance the spiciness and make the texture more smooth. Each spoonful is a perfect blend of egg aroma and curry, with a mild and non-irritating golden ratio, especially suitable for children.
The golden egg roll sits neatly on the fried rice. When cut open with a knife, the semi-solid egg flows down, enveloping the distinctively yellow and inviting grains of rice. Drizzle on the original sauce, and can’t wait to scoop up a spoonful. The half-cooked egg is fragrant, smooth and tender, the rice grains are plump and soft, and the crispy and tender fried pork chop, all blend together in such a harmonious and delicious way.
Located in the prime area of the city center, it is right next to the Pennsylvania Convention Center and just a stone’s throw away from Chinatown. No need to make a special trip to Flushing, New York, to satisfy your craving anymore. Authentic Japanese ramen is now available right at your doorstep.
The soul of a good bowl of ramen lies in its broth. Carefully selected 40 pounds of fresh pork bones are simmered over a gentle flame for 18 hours to extract a naturally rich and creamy white stock. The broth is as smooth as silk, with a rich and fragrant taste that lingers on the palate, leaving a lasting impression with every sip.
The dessert and beverage series, including cherry blossom tea jelly, matcha red bean pudding, and matcha tiramisu, are presented in such an exquisite way that it feels like a Michelin-starred experience.
3.5/5 stars
Solid food, the tonkatsu is a bit bland but the Ramen broth and chase pork is pretty good. Bit pricy, but that’s the usual with these type of places.
I highly recommend the fresh passion fruit tea from their “top 9” list.
The service was great, extremely nice and helpful staff.
The food was delicious and served quickly. I ordered the sweet wings, fried dumplings, and chicken ramen bowl. The dumplings were spectacular… chefs kiss. The wings were different. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce was good. The ramen bowl was good with tasty broth.
Will definitely come here again.
