Very poor customer service. The driver went to the wrong address with my pizza, and when I directed him to the correct location, he didn’t even wait five minutes for me to come downstairs mind you, I live on the 4th floor. I am a regular customer and have never experienced service like this before. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled.

Omg I was so happy to finally get food from here. So happy the combo they did the crust like I wanted it garlic parm the bonus was stuffed crust with marinara sauce on the side so good nice and hot fresh out the oven. The wings was good too for me it had a hint of smoke so happy it was good. Had to get a dessert cinnamon bites yum just disappointed that it wasn’t super hot like I like it but can’t complain because it was good.

Food is delicious, but the service is disgusting. They are very rude and disrespectful. They feel as if they are entitled they are not open for correction when they are wrong order a pizza. The driver lied and said he called when I called the next day whoever I spoke to was very rude, hung up on my face first, he lied and said the driver said the number was out of order which it wasn’t then he said oh you’re at the hospital. So angry right now, we literary call to order for delivery, we called over an hour before closing, spent over $60 and nobody brought our food, nobody delivered our food, and now it’s close and no one it’s answering and everywhere is now close. We took a chance ordering here, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I was excited to get Papa John’s because I was in Htfd usually far. It’s NOT how I remember “boneless wings” was dry barely any sauce. Looked like McDonald nuggets. Pizza was soggy and undercooked the “stuffed crust” was not melted string cheese sticks came out of soggy bread. they text your order is ready then you get to stand at counter and looking dumb for 10 minutes more. Not cheap either!! Disappointed

Terrible Service. Terrible Food. 100% do not recommend. I used order from them often and id rather eat nothing all night now. Every single time there’s ALWAYS something wrong. Latest issue is they never even delivered my food and closed the store before the posted time so i couldn’t even call for a refund or re-delivery. Store closed at 2:00a, their posted time was 2:45a. I ordered at 1:30a. Never arrived, no phone call, nothing. I’m done with this place.

I ordered online at 330pm it said to be delivered at 4pm.. At 445pm still no delivery.. called and they told me that that it will be another 35 minutes more, the driver left on an emergency.. well told him that my daughter missed her valleyball practice because they never delivered.. he suggested to wait or cancel the order, not even offered a token of appreciation to keep a costumer.. I told him he will loose a customer, he said I have other deliveries here and I’m waiting for a doordash driver, bit even try to satisfy a frustrating customer.. papa John’s I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND EITHER MY DAUGHTERS!! ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason.
