The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my life. I got transferred to four different people in the store and none of them knew how to do their job. My coupon sent to me in the mail wasn’t valid unless I did it online and then they started swearing at me and then putting me on hold and then ending the call and every time I called back, I couldn’t get a hold of them and then I had four other people in my household call papa John’s and we’ve been on hold ever since and it’s been 45 minutes and we still haven’t had a pizza ordered or any of the coupons work If I could rate this below one star i would!! Dont waste your time with papa John’s!! Thanks for reading this and you’re welcome.

I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to get me food, the girl saw me and clearly knew I was waiting but instead was slowly putting pizzas away.
Hire more people here or start training your employees to prioritize customers over putting out food when they had plenty of pizza of that kind out already. I spend longer waiting for someone to pay attention to me here than waiting in line for chick-fil-a.
