The 2 stars are for the young lady who was not making the pizza . She was at the cash register. She really tried to make me happy but never have I had a papa John’s pizza with this amount of nothing! 1 sausage on each slice. 1 pepperoni on each slice . No consistency of taste. I’m sorely disappointed. However I know this doesn’t represent papa John’s. However I won’t be back to this location.

I’m not even sure where to begin. We placed a delivery order at 3:00 PM for two pizzas, hoping it would arrive before the Georgia game at 4:00. By 4:30, we still had not received our food. I called the store and was told the order had been handed off to DoorDash and that, according to their system, it had gone out for delivery at 3:40. Papa John’s instructed me to contact DoorDash directly.
When I called DoorDash, they told me the order had been canceled and that there was nothing they could do—advising me to deal with Papa John’s instead. At this point, the game had already started, and I was frustrated because I now had to drive to the store to resolve the issue in person.
When I arrived, the staff tried to be helpful, but the situation only got worse. They accidentally remade one of my previous orders from a different day. After explaining the mistake, they agreed to remake the correct order. Even then, the order was still wrong, and only one of the two pizzas was made correctly.
In the end, I walked back in my door at 5:30 PM with food that was still incorrect. I never received a refund or any compensation for the delivery charge or the inconvenience of having to go to the store in the middle of the game. Overall, this has been a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be doing business here again.

Papa Johns has always been my favorite pizza but they have let me down many times lately.
I picked up the pizza and I should have opened the box before I left, when I got home the pizza was burnt. When I arrived at the store the app said they were making the order, I waited in my vehicle for a few minutes and the app went from baking to done in a second. When I went in there were several people waiting and when the cashier finally acknowledged me she said they were still working on it. I waited 10 minutes and finally got my order. I guess I need to give domino’s another chance.

Every-time I have visited this location (at least once per month) my pizza and experience have been phenomenal. I always pick up and the staff nice and my Pizza always Amazing. Even if I’m closer to a different PJ location, im going to the one on 29! lol

I spent 75 bucks for pizza and wings for the family tonight for Halloween, everything was cold when I got it, undercooked, the taste wasn’t pleasant. I will NEVER order from Papa John’s again. I’ll take my business to dominos or pizza hut. This really killed my experience for Papa John’s. never again. Not worth the price. It’s sad that the whole family didn’t like it. Smh

The code I used for order had expired and I asked them about it when I arrived to pick up my order. They told me the offer was still good but I needed to use a different and they adjusted the price to meet the code price. They were super helpful and very understanding. The manager Greg and the young lady who rang me up were awesome. I will never use another Pizza pick up than this Papa John’s

Driver got lost. Pizza was not hot and was very soggy. Garlic knots were just unseasoned lumps of dough. No dipping sauce for the pizza and no pepper included.
